HP620 damaged HARD drive

Hello:

Our HARD drive was damaged and lost everything.

No matter because I have a backup of files, but I've lost my Windows 7 recovery partition.

I have exactly 5 computers of this model.

Is it possible to create recovery disks from any application of HP (of a good template HP620)?

Is it possible to create a partition for recovery of one of our HP620?

In HP630 there is an application called Recovery Manager, but not in HP620.

Please help us.

Albert

Hi AlbertVives,

These models are commercial products and for your question more exposure, I would post in the trade forums. Here is a link to the forum Commercial Notebook.

Thank you

  • Pass water damaged hard drive Macbook Pro (mid-2010) to another Macbook Pro (mid-2010)?

Someone accidentally spilled water on my MacBook Pro 'Core i7' 2.66 GHz 15 "mid-2010 and after trying to dry out for a few days, I'm sure that the keyboard is in ruins, and it may be worse (I suspect the logic board like most people), but I need to (would really) keep my documents etc. However, we happen to have an another i7 2.66 GHz 15 "mid 2010 Macbook Pro lying around not being used. I'm a student in computer engineering and I'm pretty good with electronics and figure, that I can use the practice, so I was planning on trying to replace the keyboard myself, but I plan on getting a new MBP in the next few months, so I'd rather do less work if possible. MY MAIN QUESTION IS: since I'm very lucky and I have two little nearly exact same model MBP can put the hard drive of the damaged water MBP (also long the HDD no is not damaged by water) in the MBP running? And if so, what would be my challenges and if it works well enough to use for a month or two? Thank you!

TLDR: I can take a HDD on a MBP and put it in a similar model without too much difficulty?

Yes, but you're probably better to put in an envelope instead. If you start another Mac, or in an enclosure closed or internally, a very small number of parameters will not be postponed, and some commercial programs may refuse to run.

So I thought to do a factory restore and reinstall windows, but because this machine has been shipped in mid-2013, it has been bundled with windows 8 and 8.1 not. I cannot recover my system with the options of windows using the boot disk, I received when purchasing.

Or reinstall the system via the DVD starts works. Installation could not see my hard drives correctly or missing drivers.

Now, I did a system restore (Yes surprisingly has started up normally this morning) but I am always a little scared and would have preferred a clean install.

Decided to buy Alienrespawn Premium to try to restore my original recovery Image and reinstall the original windows 8 from scratch. But during the selection of these options, I get the message that the image is missing or incomplete. When I try to select another HARD drive he asks to insert a disk external HARD at least 100 GB on this subject. Is there an internal HDD option and select put this system up? I've got 2 750 GB SATA HARD drive and the other has been completely formatted for backup reasons...

Could someone please help me and tell me what to do in this case?

A clean install would be the best way to go, but I tried everything I found on google in communities and to but still do not get them to factory reset my PC...

    Thanks in advance

    Boempatat

My warranty has expired in order to request a backup CD is not going to work I'm afraid...

I have a cd provided dell with the laptop, but as said my laptop has been delivered with WIN8 not earned 8.1

I can't do a clean install, as described in the article, because it tells me to load the required drivers and there is a missing part so that my cd is in the laptop...

I need to find a way to recover the original recovery on the HARD drive in order to reinstall the complete system with the factory settings...

Please tell me how to do this.

It looks like your BIOS may be on the RAID.

    The value of the BIOS:

    SATA Mode = AHCI Mode

    = UEFI boot mode

DVD Win7, Win-8-DVD, or a USB flash drive should now start. Use the one-time-starting F12 menu.

I suggest you run the disk check and verify if it helps:

Note: You must backup data (files and documents) before troubleshooting on the corrupted volume, because there is a risk of data loss if the C: volume is damaged or unusable.

It seems you are running a software fake Antivirus or fake-SystemRestoration. They pay for nothing, and often their so-called problems reported are false also.
You should get a decent Antivirus software and check your computer against viruses and malware.
Check free antivirus: you can get the trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2012:

  • Replace a damaged by a larger, faster hard drive.

I have a laptop CQ62-306AU Presario with a damaged hard drive that still worked somehow in safe mode. The vehicle currently has a HD SATA 320 5200 I want to replace it with a 750Go drive 7200.

The repair manual says it will support a HDD of 750 GB 5200, but also the only HD 320 GB it supports is a 7200 while my current HD is a 5200. A little confusing.

Does anyone have any idea if it will support my preferred 750Go 7200 disk?

    Hello

I don't think that we also have 5200 TR / MIN, yes you can use 7200 RPM HARD drive, it is a little faster than 5400 RPM. More CACHE will be better but more expensive.

    Kind regards.

If you are talking about undelete programs, car brands, or
anything else, which is better is a matter of taste. You will get different
    responses from different people.

    That said, I like http://www3.telus.net/mikebike/RESTORATION.html

If you can recover data from a damaged disc depends on what the
the damage. But in general you can not. In most cases, your only recourse
is to bring or send the drive to a professional file recovery company.
This kind of service is very expensive and may or may not work your
    case.

  • Upgrade to a Satellite 1805-514 with a CPU and HARD drive

    Hello

Several years ago I bought the laptop mentioned above. Unfortunately, the laptop no longer starts because of a damaged hard drive.
Now I'm looking for a replacement. My dealer offered me several hard disks with a capacity of 40 GB to 80 GB. 1805-514 does support large hard drives?

In addition my dealer gave me a 1, 13ghz Pentium 3 mobile. Does make sense to replace a processor 1 Ghz Celeron with a 1, 13 Ghz P3?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English

    Samson74

    Hello

In my opinion, it makes no sense to upgrade the processor 1 GHz to 1.13 GHz to form
The difference between these two processors is not high and you have no sensation of the increase in the performance of the laptop.

I put t know compatible hard drives for Satellite 1805 but for Satellite 1800. But these two units are very similar.
As far as I know, you can use the 10 GB, 15 GB, 20 GB and 30 GB.
I think that the BIOS will not recognize the larger HARD drive.

  • How can I fix a hard drive failure notice?

With one of the four user accounts on our computer, we received a notice of HARD DRIVE FAILURE.  He said "the system has detected a problem with one or more installed the IDE/SATA drives." and "Windows was unable to save all the data for the file / / System32 / / 496A 8300.»  The data has been lost.  The error can be caused by a failure of your computer hardware. "I got another message that says: ERROR CRITICISM:"damaged hard drive clusters detected.  Private data are at risk. "Any help would be appreciated

PML is correct. You have been affected by a rogue malware program, very probably 'Diagnosis Windows.' Here is the guide to deletion:

Alternatively, if I could borrow a disk from someone else? I still have the product key of Vista on the bottom of my machine.

    Hey Paul_Dunbar

You can try to make records of the damaged hard drive recovery
    ask hp how
or buy a set of vista home recovery disks
they normally sell them for a nominal cost
or see if you can borrow a vista microsoft dvd and use your product to install your version of vista it
