HP6500 printer will not - analyze blocked popup

I am Windows 7 64 bit, Internet Explorer 9 and have an HP6500 all in one printer. It allows to analyze very well through the web interface. Then I reinstalled my operating system because it was slowing down - including the relocation of the printer and drivers.  It analyzes not now! When I go into the web interface, the Preview button works, but when I click on 'Analysis', it tries to open a separate browser window for JPG, but now it fails to open and the cursor turns into a little red cross. I entered in the browser options and confirmed that the address (http://192.168.0.2) is "authorized" to the pop-up windows.

Can someone tell me what the problem is because it drives me crazy?

Now try the CTRL key while you click the scan button and see if that gets past the blocker for popups.  Let me know what happens.

    I got this HP printer for a while and it worked fine.  Our old router is out and we had to get a new one.  Installed perfectly and printer continued to work properly.  The password for the router was ridiculous, that's why I changed it to something much more simple to remember.  Since then, my printer will not connect to wireless internet.  I have a ~ and reinstalled the printer but still have the same problem.  I thought maybe to try the former password would, but who does not work either.

    Anyone has any ideas that might help before chuck it and go and get a new one altogether?

    Easy things first.  Turn off the router and the printer.  Turn on the router and wait 3 minutes.  Turn on the printer and see if it connects to your router.  Status?

    If no joy, temporarily disable all security in the router.  Now try to connect the printer to your SSID not guaranteed without password.  Status now?

    If OK, go back and add WPA2-AES with your simple password.  Status now?

After a LOT of messing around FINALLY got it works, BUT a day later upgrades arrived to update my iOS X 10.9.3 with a simultaneous upgrade of the software driver for the printer. I duly installed at once – but now, regardless of what I do the printer will not work. The computer can be seen as it is showing ink etc. levels and said he printed and I can print test pages, but it has not allowed me to print from Word, Excel, Web or PDF!  I tried to uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall those of the HP Web, which I suppose would be the 'old' - but still no luck. I need this job and am close to tears - any help would be appreciated. I also tried deleting and reinstalling Office for Mac... NB it prints beautifully and effortlessly to my husband's PC.

    First, try the following steps:

    1. Mac OS X: how to reset the printing system
    2. Repair disk permissions
    3. Restart your computer
    4. Add the printer: full function and driver-OS X 10.9 Mavericks software

    I could be wrong, of course; Mac is not liable for the same way as the Windows environment.

    The printer can print when the print queue of the printer is on, ready to accept a job.  If the queue of work, i.e. the service on the printer running print jobs does not print to the printer, the printer will not print the work.

    If the printer on the computer service is not to blame, then you might indeed want to accuse the printer to not receive the work.

    You can check the communication between the printer and the rest of the installation between the printer and the service that sends the work to the printer:

    You could try to put everything back once more - to include your router.

    I hope this helps.

    What is the 'State' displayed for you?

    Open the Services applet (start > run > services.msc > OK) and scroll down to "print spooler".  The status should be started and the Startup Type should be automatic.  What are the parameters of your correspondents?  If your print spooler is stopped, you can try to launch it by clicking on the link, but I suspect that it stops again.  Please report the results of your efforts.

    If I understand correctly your new printer (brand and model, please) is properly installed on your computer (version of Windows and the service pack, please), but does not print Quicken (version, please) reconciliation report.

    Without more information (such as an error message or description of what happens when you try to print), it sounds like all you need to do is to set up Quicken to use the new printer.  The following is for 2011 Quicken, but should be the same or similar for all recent versions of Quicken:

    Click file > printer setup > for reports/charts
    In the window that opens, select your new printer using the drop-down list.  You should keep the default margins and fonts.  Click OK and you should be good to go.

    Make sure that your router is set to a fixed channel wireless as the 1, 6 or 11, never 'auto '.  Try channel 1 first and then the other one at a time.  Make sure that the printer and the router are spaced at least 5 feet.

    However, if you have a gateway device (modem + router), all gateway devices are terrible for connectivity and wireless performance.   If this does not work, suggest you put this bridge in full bridge mode device and install your own router of high quality that YOU have full control over.
