  2. are you able to print from other applications?

  If the problem is with the book in a Blue Squirrel click, then I suggest you to contact the manufacturer for support.

• Photosmart 7520: Printer Wizard does not work on Windows 10

  My PC has recently upgraded Windows 10.  I am now having a problem with the Printer Wizard.

  Previously, I had the status display, the ink levels, scan document, check printer heads, etc.

  Now all I get is a printer configuration screen that has 3 options

  -connect a new printer,

  -convert a USB printer wireless, and

  -Add new software.

  How can I get the correct printer assistant screen to run?

  I understand that you use a HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer with a computer who has recently upgraded Windows 10 and now, when you click on the printer icon to open the HP printer Assistant you get the "connect a new printer"window. " I would like to help with that.

  It is not that the HP printer Assistant does not work, but probably the printer probable network needs to be reinstalled.

  I would like to start by uninstalling all software that was installed before the upgrade to Windows 10 relating to printers. Here is a support document which can help needed - uninstalling the software of the printer (Windows).

  If you get prompted to restart the computer when uninstalling, go ahead and do the restart. If this isn't the case, restart the computer after the uninstall is complete.

  Once the computer is ready, try to use the HP printer installation wizard for installation. This tool will find the most recent version of the printer software and installation help.

  Shortly, my hp printer assistant disappeared from my PC and there is nothing I can do to take back, it seems. I uninstalled, reinstalled the software and drivers of the printer, also restored my PC to months and months ago but nothing. • HP LaserJet 1018: For the printing window does not appear

  in all programs. Or it will appear when I click on the desktop icon. The other three icons allow a widow to dialog appears.

  The printer is connected and I can print through my laptop network connection and my computer via a USB cable.

  I understand that you have lost the Printer Wizard. I want to make sure you completely remove the software from your computer. Go to control panel > program and features > Hp 6510 and uninstall software.

  Then download the latest drivers from the site Hp. I included a link to the drivers.

  I just tried to install my deskjet 3820 on my pc windows 7. Followed the instructions to install other drivers but printer a few prints in black and white. Even though the printer was unsued and unopened in the attic for several years, my other printer broke so I tried using it.
