  I think that your problem is more on getting the audio as an MP3 or WAV file from iTunes, only a problem with Photoshop.  Are these songs you download from the iTunes store?

  Hello live2ski, "trusted sites" are a concept of internet explorer which does not exist in firefox in this form, so I'm not sure what their instructions could be referring to.

  You must add a stop() command to a keyframe on the last frame of the timeline. The default setting for that reading is a loop must be given a specific instruction to the character to stop at the desired image. Add a layer on top of the stack, label it 'actions', then add a blank Keyframe in this layer at the time that you want the action to stop. With the empty keyframe selected go to your actions palette and then type "stop()" on the first line (without the quotes) and test the movie. It should do everything that you put to make and then put an end to the keyframe with the stop() command in the actions.
