  Dear Sir.

  I have HP Mini 110-3000. As there is problem in my original preloaded operating system so I formatted and installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit operating system.

  After formatting, find it me impossible to see the wireless network icon in my tray instead it is another icon that is used to connect to the internet using a LAN cable.

  What is the problem?

  Go to Device Manager and look at the list of devices it.

  Is there a device listed in the Device Manager, labeled as a network controller?

  If so, this is the wireless card that need to install the driver.

  If you don't know which driver you need for the wireless card, please report it to the listed hardware ID of the device that you see as a network controller.

  To find the hardware ID, click the network controller device.

  Then click on the Details tab in the upper part of the window network controller.

  Now you will see a drop-down list of property, and it will be set to the Description of the unit.

  On this list and select the 2nd item (Hardware ID).

  After the first string of characters you see in the window.

  I've never been able to get internet at startup feature (HP Quickweb) work.  I use wi fi outside the House to get internet.  The Quickweb will only work if you have a direct connection to the internet?

  Hi mzeva71, welcome to the Forums of HP. The SMART disk error confirms the hard disk is defective or has failed. You will need to replace the drive.

  Errors of hard drive failure: failure Imminent, Smart, BIOHD, HD535, etc.

  Did you run the Diagnoistics to start during the startup (by pressing F2) and run tests of different? If Yes, and the material is very well, I think it would be that the OS is corrupted and you need to reinstall the operating system to use this mini device.

  Hi, I just bought the HP MINI 110-3130NR and want to upgrade the ram.  The problem is, there is no access panel like the videos show.  The background is completely smooth and without access to the battery that slides to the rear of the compartment.  Stands in the background?  If so, are the screws under the little rubber feet?  Are they pop out?  I'm puzzled.

  Well, when I bought my laptop 'HP mini 110-3000' PC, I ran the QuickWeb button the Quickweb, F5.

  After a few months, I had a problem with my laptop, and I got, after that, I couldn't use Quickweb more.

  When I press the QuickWeb button, the computer works, but there is nothing happen, just black screen.

  And I saw many topics and discussions saying "that I can solve it using HPQuickWeb or HP IOS Configuration, but I can't find anything on my PC.

  PS: I have re-installed the HP Quickweb, but nothing happened.

  Quickweb is one of the options in the Recovery Manager, there is an option to reinstall the software You mention reinstall Quickweb, but nothing has changed. Try the Recovery Manager and see if that helps.
