Hello

I have a problem which seems to be unknown here. After you install an Officejet pro on a XP Pro SP3 maschine 8600, it is not possible to print, or even watch the printing by other software settings. 3.3 OO crashes when printing and document needs to restore. Adobe Reader crashes when printing with the error that

hpvpldrv09.dll caused an error.

Directly from windows on the HP Solution Center, it is possible to print, scan, etc.

What is the problem?

Anyone can shed light on this help please.

I understand that you are having problems with the drivers installed on your operating system to Windows XP SP3. You keep running into errors and accidents that show problems with the downloads.
