• Acrobat, does not display PDF files correctly in the browser

  BUT a quick fix is to download the PDF file, display in the browser, then refresh the page and display all fonts. Weird. It is a step that many will miss.

  You probably view the PDF file in the viewer of PDF from Google Chrome and NOT Adobe's PDF Viewer.

  chrome://plugins

  2. go outside viewer of PDF of Chrome.

  3. If you see (active), then you use the viewer of PDF of Chrome.

  Missing in many ways for the feature.  Fonts is one of them.

• Symbols displayed does not correctly in the output

  I discovered that the symbol of a micron has been used throughout a project of great help I inherited (Alt + 0109 Symbol font). The problem is that it seems well in Robohelp, but once compiled, it is displayed as a "m". ARGHH!
  I can't search as the find and replace tool also sees it as a "m".
  Is there a way I can get that it appears correctly in the output?
  Or y at - it an easy way to look for so that I can remove it, as browsing carefully each file will take forever?

  Here's how I do it. In WYSIWYG mode, the cursor at the insertion point, press the SPACEBAR once and then shift + left arrow to select space. • CC2014 and PHP files Dreamweaver renders do not correctly in the browser

  My old computer is Windows 7 with XAMPP 1.8.3. I now have the new computer with Windows 8.1 and I installed XAMPP 5.6.3.

  Everything worked perfectly on my old computer set up (and still makes). I did the local Web site of tests with virtual hosts set up for my multiple sites. It was fine.

  To the best of my knowledge, in the implementation of my new computer, I followed the same XAMPP set up and make the same changes to virtual hosting (1) file hosts (Windows/System32/Drivers/etc/host); (2) httpd.conf (xampp/apache/httpd.conf); and (3) httpd - vhosts.conf (xampp/apache/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf).

  On the new computer Windows 8.1, XAMPP works very well. Apache runs on Port 80 443 and PID 1924 / MySQL running on Port 3306 and 2100 PID.

  I don't get the error messages. My "site1" and my "site2" servernames (etc.) pull up the correct Web sites...

  BUT - the website does not display well at all. It seems that it does not render the php "include" that I have in my php Web pages. The sites look good online so that there may be something wrong with the files on my laptop. (They are the same files php of my old computer Web site.) An example of a Web site is: "www.dm-webcreation.com"... It is in line, but appear badly on my new server local computer test.

  This new version of the XAMPP uses a different configuration?

  Live Preview without problem works... but when I view in a browser, it does not correctly.

  You will find that this question has come here a lot. It's to do with browser security problems, if you use JSON files, they must be on a server somewhere. When you do a simulation test, he implemented a temporary server while it will work even if you used JSON.

  I just installed the new version of 2014 of some applications like Photoshop, Illustrator Adobe, InDesign and so on.

  The only problem was caused by Photoshop.

  First of all, all my default manager lost *.psd files, they were empty and no software was set to open.

  as you can see the icon of the illustrator file is normal, but the *.psd file looks like Photoshop.exe icon and not the *.psd file icon.

  any ideas how to fix? (already tried to empty the cache icon)

  OS: Win 8.1 Pro WMC Update 1 (just making it clear if anyway, it makes a difference)

  I had this problem since CC came out last year and I came across a solution yesterday (finally!)

  This implies external Download program 3rd party, but now I have the correct icons, so I'm pretty happy.

  Here's what I did, if it helps:

  (1) download Default Programs editor this link here.

  2) once you have extracted the .zip file open the .exe and we go.

  (3) this is the first screen, you get...

  

  4) click on the first item "File Type settings" and you get this:

  

  5) click on 'icon '.

  (6) for this example I'll change a file, InDesign icon as I already fixed the Photoshop those. An excerpt from the next screen with the white ghost icon InDesign and yes it works if you have the icon default .exe showing instead of a blank white icon.

  

  7) type in the search box the file extension, you need. In this case because I'm changing the InDesign file I want it to be .indd but you can use for Photoshop .psd or .ai to Illustrator etc etc.

  

  (8) now, the program will ask what icon you want. What you need to do is click Browse and browse to the location of the default for the program .exe you change who will be in the folder Program Files. In this case my location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2014\InDesign.exe

• Image not displayed does not correctly in the image control to the small zoom level

  I display a picture in an image control with a zoom factor of ~0.015 and it is displayed as shown in the picture 1.jpg.  When I Zoom in a little bit more to ~0.016 the image is displayed correctly, as shown in the picture-2.jpg.  The two images are attached.

  Why the image is displayed as a "gray band" in the first picture?  What should I do to have the picture displayed correctly at any zoom factor?  I use LV 2011 with the module for development of vision associated with Windows 7.

  A site I designed on a mac www.froglodge.co.nz Muse works and shows fine on my mac but don't display correctly on a pc. Any ideas on why?

  I tried to view the site in Mac and PC, but I don't see the difference. Please post screenshot of the difference that you see on your end.

  Also specify the name of the page or we give a link to the page that contains the content that differ on PC and Mac.

• Changes to pages are not displayed when Site previewing in the browser

  I've made a few changes to a couple of pages, and when I saw Page in the browser, the changes appear but when I saw Site in the browser, the changes aren't there and the old page is displayed, even if some of the information on the original page has been deleted. How is this possible and what can do about it? I don't know if that makes a difference, but first, the original files have been copied from another computer on my Mac computer, and the file was an older version of Muse CC.   Using an old or converted file indeed should not make a difference.

  To test whether the Muse of output is less correct, you might try to use export to HTMLand see how freshly build it Web site looks like from the index file in this folder (Muse already will open it for you). If it seems to be correct, then the browser caches are just messed up. Not much, try hitting refresh to force reload or remove these caches (most browsers offer a command to do so). If this is not correct, then you are in different difficulty...

  I created and uploaded a test using DW CS3 page. The html part of the site is displayed in the browser, but none of the images (.gif, .jpg) don't. I checked and all related images appear on the remote server, the site is synchronized. I tested in browsers: Safari, Firefox, and Netscape.

• Dreamweaver displays does not correctly

  I'm not an expert in any stretch of the imagination, Dreamweaver so it would not make sense, but I try anyway.

  Many of my Web pages on my website display correctly online, but in dreamweaver, I don't see that the model in the design model.  The main body of the page does not appear in the view either local or remote.  The code is still there in design mode, but I find much easier to make adjustments with the design view, so it drives me crazy.  Can anyone think of anything anyone likely to do?  At least one of the relevant pages has changed recently, but the other did not.  I'm really confused.

  Of course that's the problem.

  In your second line of the table cell requiredis may not have formed, and that's why all of the code after is was incompatible.

  So DW is not sure what to show.

  Need to fix that.

  A trial could be as follows-

  • Simply record your page once it is rendered in the browser as a .html page (using file > save from the browser itself).
  • Now open the locally saved page in DW and edit.
  • Copy it manuallycode as in the first line to the second line.
  • View in design mode. If it is established correctly... then bingo that is the problem area.

  This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

• Simple animations 3 images will not play in the browser preview

  I'm new to this game, just trying to understand the best platform to create EXTREMELY SIMPLE rotations and sign minor animations for HTML5 ads.

  I did a test with 3 images of solids, just their animation to each out fad at one point and now it will not preview in the browser correctly - it shows just the first image as static.

  I'm sure I'm missing something extremely stupid and just can't find it. Help! PLEASE, I BEG YOU!

• The poster image not centering in the browser

  My image of the poster (for display in IE8) is not centered in the browser window. This is the view as aligned with a big gap to the right of the image on the left. How can I fix it?

  Or I could (which I just discovered) just take my OAM file and place it in a page of Muse, thus ensuring that everything goes as it should.
