• File Localizable.Strings appears at startup

  I have a mid-2012 13 "Macbook Pro and I have replaced the standard hard drive with a Samsung Evo 840 1 TB SSD. My SSD worked great for a year and a half and started giving me problems lately so I ended up replacing the SSD with a Samsung Evo 1 850 new cases of tuberculosis. After reinstallation of the operating system on the new SSD and using time machine to back all my files/applications/etc seem to work fine, except every time I start or restart the "localizable.strings" file appears. A screenshot of the localizable.strings file is attached below. So my question is how I stop this window popping up or more important still to solve the underlying problem causing this window pop up if, in fact, there is a problem? Thank you!!

  

  One of your login items may be responsible. Please select the login items tab in the users pane and groups of system preferences. Remove all items that you do not recognize. If you don't know which ones to delete, double-click on each to test.

  If a connection item is dimmed and cannot be deleted, click on the padlock icon in the lower left corner of the window and enter your login password when you are prompted. Then try again.

  To avoid confusion, please note that checking or unchecking the box next to a point of idle connection not she. You must remove the item from the list.

  Is it me, or there is no fitness application that can capture HR and GPS to be collected and reviewed online? I understand that native watch OS 2.0 applications now have the ability to read the data of the health package, including human resources. I would like to find an app that runs on Watch OS and its application of "Companion" of iOS, which will collect the training info (if all goes well at a minimum, HR, GPS and derived information such as speed and distance) and send it online for various activities such as hiking, running, cycling. I sold my other devices because Apple Watch had everything I wanted. Why is there not an app (free or paid) that can do this simple task?

  Export GPS tracks in a standard format would be a big plus for me.

• Incorrect regional keyboard localization (and @ swapped) of the 2010SP1 of TestStand

  Numpty question here...

  3 of us use TestStand 2010 SP1.

  2 of us have problems with the regional keyboard mapping being wrong - it is the " " " and @ key are swapped - but it seems like only in TestStand.

  The keyboard of the other user mapping is fine.

  We have all the same keyboards (English - UK).
  We have all the same settings under Configure > Station Options > localization (English language).

  All other Windows work fine on our PC (office 2010 etc.).

  So where is TestStand pick up its regional location and how to solve this problem!

  Hi Alan,

  Thanks for your post on the forum. It seems TestStand another user has experienced a similar problem in 2010 SP1 by which its default keyboard available to the United States when he used the layout (i.e. German).

  I just noticed something odd related to localization of the UI (CVI 2012 SP1).

  • with a text string control, if I change the GB2312 character set and I paste a string, I correctly see with Chinese fonts
  • If I do the same with a ring (add new item), I don't see the Chinese fonts (see table)

  is this expected behavior? or a bug?

  Hey Vix,

  There is a known bug that can cause the dough to not work properly. The id of the bug is 382556, but I don't think it has yet been added to the list of known issues. The bug was introduced in version 2009 and is fixed in the version that is about to release.

  The solution is for you to not only change the set of characters in the font of text Style, but to also change the set of characters in the font of labels in Chinese:

  

  Even if you don't really have to enter Chinese text on the label of control, due to this bug, you must assign its characters in Chinese if you want to paste the Chinese text in the dialog box change the value/label pairs.

• Overview of the interface user Localizer: possible bug?

  In the CVI 9.0 (and 9.0.1) Localizer UI there's a preview feature which I guess should give a quick overview of the location of the User Interface.

  But I noticed that if in the file *.uir a channel has a 'Native' character set, the Localizer user interface overview is false if the local language has a different character set, even if I select this charset in the language box.

  For example, if you load the supplied \apps\localui\intgraph project and add the Russian language, you can use the UI Locator to locate the Panel correctly (by selecting the local language > Russian) when the program is run. The overview of the Localizer is wrong and shows 'strange' Russians charactersinstead...

  But, if you set the charset of the Russian channel in the *.uir file, the preview works very well...

  I did the same test as for the Chinese, and the behavior is the same.

  Is this a situation expected or is - a bug?

• Utility GUI localization CVI crashes when loading of the uir

  I am trying to add multiple languages to my project, using the location of the CVI GUI utility in LabWindows 2010.

  However when I try to load my file IUR in the utility, it crashes (as killed at Windows). The IUR was initially created using LabWindows 6 or earlier, however, it was brought and working in LabWindows 2010 for more than a year.

  Each time, it crashes and I can't continue my work. Is there anything I can try to make it work?

  Hi Chris,

  Take a look at the .uir that has been published, it seems that the error is the result of the check. If you remove the two elements that are in the tree control (so that nothing is in the tree control), save and then try to load the .uir in the UI localizer, it seems that the .uir can be recharged on the Locator of UI without error. Alternatively, if you let the elements but change control of chain type (char *) int, it seems to load without causing an error as well. I'll check to see if there is a known issue, but I hope that one of the two workarounds can be used for your application.

  (b) have you been able to install and play the game before?

  (c) you are trying to install the game to your computer from the disk or directly trying to play from the disc?

• MS14-021 & WSUS: is the update for the English localization only?

  I'm doing the MS14-021 update for a client who still uses SMS2003 with ITMU (Yes indeed!). They have IE8 with localization in German, but the update is not installed. It is displayed in the catalog update, but for English only. Anyone know if there must be a German update or use the direct download of the Windows Update Web site and run the update separate from Microsoft (ITMU) coming? Or I'm wrong at all and the existing update should install both German IE8?

  Problem is solved for me! The download of the Windows Update Catalog today shows a version of the German localization for MS14-021.

  ADF, I received today a similar appeal.  When I questioned his information on the company, he was very defensive and said "I have no cold calling, I'm in East London" I asked him to give me the name of the software MS causing errors, during which he compiled a long list of file extensions and avoided the question.  When I asked her name and phone number so I can get my husband to call him back, he began to read a number on phone, but the figures '0-1', the line was cut off.

  You may have two problems:
  To resolve the problem of speaker, check your speaker if it is disabled, enable it. Go to control panel, sounds. On the playback tab, click speakers to select, and then click set as default. Buttons-click apply then OK to save your settings. If you do not see your speakers, then right-click on the box, on the shortcut menu that appears, click on 'Hidden devices' and 'Show disabled devices' putting a checkmark in front of them. If your speakers is displayed, click on it and set it as default value.
