  I seem to be the only person having this problem, but just in case anyone has the same problem Adobe Chat support me:

  -Open Finder

  -Click on Go

  -In the type of research/library + click on enter

  -Click application support > Adobe

  -Remove all acrobat files

  -Go to folder repeat

  -Search ~/library + click on enter

  -now repeat to Go go

  Research/Library

  -Click on Preferences > delete all files that are labeled as com.adobe.acrobat

  Then reinstall Adobe Acrobat

  Then try to open a PDF file

  I did find the same error message!

  So I had to uninstall the Acrobat file I had loaded just that is, repeat the above steps

  The next support solution has given was to go to the preferences of the user on the Mac and create a new name for the admin for example test acrobat - not enter any password, although then I lock the padlock.

  Create a file association.

  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: (Whatever you have installed a PDF reader).
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

Another thing I never noticed before: during the boot and just after opening orb, the Welcome to Windows message lights up with the small circle of progress, then I hear a sound of gong just before startup fails.   It is a problem with the Camera Raw plugin 9.5.  Until that a fix is released, the solution is to roll back to ACR 9.4 unless you have a camera that requires a 9.5 ACR.  Use the installer from 9.4 to roll back:
