First try the simple solution. Right click on the printer in devices and printers, then select 'see what's printing. When the printer queue window opens, click on "Printer" and ensure that there is no check next to 'Use printer offline'. If there is a control, click once to remove it.

I have two computers at home and their improved to 29 of Firefox not knowing it contained UI heavy Exchange. I use the menu, bar and it is now superimposed on the title bar, where due to a visual disability, I can no longer see. Both systems have contrasting colors lit (white on a black background - forget Aero and trick themes), and Firefox is configured to use the system colors.
Prior to version 29, the menu bar has white text on a black background. now it's on a background of colorful and almost completely invisible to me. The expansion is via the Windows Magnifier and Magnifier added to some Microsoft mouse top of range.
As you can see on a brand new Virgin of installation of Firefox, no addons, no pre-existing profile, version 29 puts the menu bar on the taskbar. And Firefox, set up as I have, on a configured system with contrasting colors (black in my case) enabled, Firefox is unthemeable.
But no matter, I Solver this myself. I started in XP and not update Firefox to find a new addon named "Classic theme restaurant" Who did the trick. This mark as resolved. But...
I wish (not just Firefox) developers who want to fancy to the top of their interfaces would think how it would affect people with visual impairments. We use computers too.

Help! Accidentally deleted QuickOffice, how to reinstall?
Hi all
Then I have updated my QuickOffice yesterday to get the fix for editing the document. For some reason, the application wouldn't start later and so I deleted the homepage thinking I could just download again from the HP App catalog. It is not listed in the catalog and I can't use the Manager software or anything else to install it again. I searched on google and this forum for a solution, but unfortunately, it seems that I might be the only one with this problem. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Is it possible to just reformat my touchpad to its original content?
Thank you
anulicious
Hi speedtouch.
Thank you for your response. So I chatted with a Deputy through the HP support site and it asked me to back up my Apps/data and then erase through the Info of the device. After restarting my device, all applications including QuickOffice have been restored. I've also updated to the new version and can edit documents. Everything is back to normal!
Thank you

Can't move screen back to the Center
My whole screen is left and I can't get rid of the space on the right. I think that it is supposed to be a sidebar, but there is nothing else than the black space. I can't reach anything on the left side of the screen. How can I get rid of the space on the right side and move my screen back to the Center?
Hello
· The operating system you are using on the computer?

I read the help section, but none of this seems to answer this question.
Right-click on the toolbar (the default location for Home button), and then select Customize , then click and drag the Home button to the left of the tab bar and then release the left click and the Home button will now be located on your left.

my Start button has been moved to the upper right, how can I move this back to the lower left
Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!
Ideas:
- You have problems with programs
- Error messages
- Recent changes to your computer
- What you have already tried to solve the problem
Take the Start button by clicking the close box of corn that surround the button (it's hard to choose, but once you keep pressed the mutto left of the mouse and you are free home) and drag it down to the left and once it is in place, release the mouse button.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

Accidentally deleted the music file
So, I accidentally deleted my music file while trying to back up my photos and music. And it's gone missing. The record little colored which used to be he went there. Nothing else that this white page, that Microsoft uses when there is nothing there is left. And now I can not playany MP3 files on my computer because he repeats to me that music has disappeared. Can someone tell me how to recover the file?
DocCeCe,
As I understand it in your post, it seems you deleted your music folder located in your user folder. If this is incorrect, please specify.
If you simply move your file to the trash by clicking on delete, then you can restore it:
http://windowshelp.Microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/fe1e050f-F279-4404-b895-c34b5c5398591033.mspx
If you were holding SHIFT when you deleted then you have made a permanent removal where you can try a restore from snapshot Service. For more details, see the following article:

I have mozilla firefox in my programs, I accidentally deleted it how I set in the program?
Hi RUBYFRUIT,.
Did you delete Mozilla Firefox in the Menu start "all programs"?
When a program is installed, the default installation location is "C:\Program Files\ (Program Name)". Where 'C' is the operating system drive. So, you can check the following site for Mozilla Firefox: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\". When you find the executable file, you can "PIN to Start Menu". To do this, see the following steps:
(a) go to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\" (where 'C' is the drive of the operating system).
(b) with the right button on the file used to set Mozilla Firefox and click "display in the Start Menu.
(c) click the Start button and you will see "Mozilla Firefox" listed.
Also, see the steps in the section "to pin the icon for a program to the start menu" for more information.
Hope the helps of information. Let us know if the problem persists, we will be happy to help you.
