  Some security programs prevent changes to their file and must be configured to allow the restoration of the system work.  For example, if your computer has Norton Antivirus or Norton Internet Security, you must disable Norton product Tamper Protection before you run the system restore.   Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.  The first thing I would suggest running a virus scan.  Make sure you have no virus causing problems.  If you do not have an antivirus program, then you can download it free here: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_essentials/

  If there is no virus or it still does not work after virus cleaning, then start in safe mode and test from there.  Here are the instructions for Safe Mode.

  AdobePDF.dll is in the file Data1.cab. Mine is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat8\Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional\ You need to extract the file "AdobePDF.dll_64" from the .cab file. You can do this with WinZip or 7-Zip. Everything you need to extract is this file, nothing else... Once you have extracted it, remove the _64, so the name of the file is AdobePDF.dll. Then place the file in any location you want and run the program it when asked. For a file location, I suggest to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat8\

  If you just did it, use the command + z.

  The file must have went into the trash. Open the Recycle Bin and right-click on it and choose put back or drag it out of the trash at the location of your choice.

  If webmail (Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo, & c), let us know that you and maybe someone will provide more details. Generally, there is a sent mail folder.

  Many e-mail clients save a copy of emails sent in a special folder. Let us know what email client you use. If you are using the Intrernet ISP mail servers, they can send you a copy of their newspapers, given the appropriate means of identification. Some may, but not at least by subpoena for reasons legal (laws of privacy, et al.).

  And finally and most importantly, the recipient's eMail and ask that they "pass" return.

  Go to start | Directed and paste this with quotes:
