  What preventing you to access the account?  The access account should be based on having the correct id and password.  I don't think it will be serious if you no longer have the email address, just that you enter if it's your ID.  I may be wrong because I've never addressed an issue ID.

  That may be a problem with the DDE.

  Try to undo and redo Firefox as default browser.
  
  Make a different browser like IE browser by default and then let Firefox do it again.

• I can copy a URL, but may not be able to paste into the body of an e-mail message. Also the hypelink doen't it. I don't have this problem with Internet Explorer...

  When I copy a URL and go to paste it into an email, it will not stick. Another box opens. I can paste the URL in the subject line, but doesn't hyperlink it. (blue) When you use Internet Explorer, I don't have this problem. I'm new to FF with a new computer.

  Paste a link in the subject line does not a link so that the part is normal. But being not not able to paste into the body of the e-mail is not. I can't think of a reason that would happen. What email program are you using?

  What happens if you close all programs and then put in a blank CD?

  You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
  Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
  correctly.

  Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

  CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs
  tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.
