  I tried to download the trial of After Effects., but when I click to download the trial version displays a yellow triangle under that, there is a text that says: "Some problems are happening. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support ". I contact customer support and appears "I want to download a trial version" I clicked and appears five instructions (sorry if they appear in Spanish):

  I did all the instructions, but when I go to the main page of After Effects and I click on "download free trial", appears the same triangle and the same text again (this is the text with the yellow triangle).
