  Hello Beorn, probably the problem is an extension that is not working properly. Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • You can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

  If the offline files option is disabled, you will need to enable it, if you want to work with files offline to a network folder.

  a. open offline files by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type offline filesand then in the list of results, click manage offline files.

  b. on the general tab, click enable offline files.

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 and all is well.  The next morning, it worked well, and then in the afternoon, when I would right click which would bring a window with my choice of app 'Photoshop 15 CC' is no longer on this list.  Where at - it go?  How can I get it back.  I can still go to the bridge, find the picture, click and the photo will be opened for editing.  But sometimes I want to just click on a photo quickly and change. Now I have to go to the bridge, find the photo, click on and it will be opened in Photoshop and I can change.  What happened, and I would like to be able to open a single photo quickly by right-clicking and choosing Photoshop.  As I said, this option is more on the list.

  Another problem is that when I open Bridge I get a window said msg / asking me to clear the cache of thumbnails in the preferences.  I did, but I still get the msg.everytime I open the bridge.  I did this several times.  So, I don't know whether or not the cache is purged.  What is the problem.  BTW, this happened before that I've upgraded to Windows 10 of 8.1.

  Please go to the following location on your computer C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and rename Photoshop.exe Photoshop CC 2015.exe

  Once that is done, then please go ahead and right-click on the image and select Photoshop app to browse and you should be able to do as an option.

  For the bridge, I suggest you to reset the preferences of the bridge once: Troubleshooting Adobe Bridge for errors and freezes

  Operating system is Vista 64, Windows 7.  I can't open any desktop with the mouse icon and right click of the mouse opens the options.  I can open the icons in the taskbar, quick launch with the mouse and right click of the mouse opens options for changes in the task bar and the quick launch.  I click on start and open programs shown here.  I tried to restart and it did not help, I closed the computer and restarted and it seemed to work for a short time and then returned to have the same problem.

• I do App Tabs they are NOT open, and I can find them when I closed and reopened FF4.

  App Tabs are supposed to stay open, available whenever you open FF4. They are not. I have make them and close. When I reopen it, they aren't there. I can't find anything to find them. 'Help' does not recognize "tab app" at all, despite my version being listed as 4.0.1.

• I am trying to access some files I have stored on a server. Files are not open and when I right click the regular menu is not started.

  I rename files using a 3rd party, FileBoss program, it shows the files but said they cannot be found and their watch whose size is 0.

  I can't move, copy or delete the files as well. They were available less than a month ago and I don't know how or why no one has access to them now.

  In the past, I've always been able to search a specific e-mail from a client in the search bar up in Thunderbird, and most of my emails now not appear to customers more. They are there, but I have to physically to scroll through all my emails and find them. It is not practical at all, and they have not been deleted, so they should show up in my research.   I uninstalled Spyware Doctor (when I had Vista) but it still appears when I right-click on any program (now that I installed W7).  I was hoping it would be like by magic, erase, but no.  I have a screenshot of what I mean.  Can someone tell me how to get rid of any trace of it?  I used Reg Edit (the Windows registry editor) and deleted the file from PC Tools, but it always appears as one of the actions to be done.  TM

  You can run RevoUninstaller, passing through your registry database and remove all traces of the program. Or a registry cleaner in CCleaner.
