I did several tests, including
ping google.com
to test if it is online and this proves that when its premises in sound mode now online
I also entered the adpaper of netowrking and disabled so that nothing can turn it off energy saving
my antivirus is AVG
AND use zonealarm as my firewall program Please note even with disabled zonelarm it still happens

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the network adapter.

To do this follow these steps:

1. click on Start, in the Start Search bar type device manager and press enter.
