I am running Firefox 12.0. Win 7 Home premium 64-bit. Suddenly after upgrade to version 12.0 my download of assistance 4.9.no most works what is the fix?

I am running win 7 64 bit and use download helper for several years. It is date.ver 4.9.9 suddenly, when I chose to upload a video, it seems to work sudden flashes on screen to include the default setting to convert flv to mp4, but the downloaded file is tiny and does NOT work. It remains to flv format and the "conv failed" is appended to the file

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I uninstalled the converter. Re installed after a cold start.
Sites that don't would not load correctly: I did a search for ixquick securities who wouldn't not download and found them somewhere else. They have downloaded then perfectly. from the new location

    Hello

What follows is certainly not what you wanted to hear, but it is frank and honest.

There is no support for Windows 7 on your laptop. If you were able to get to the top and running, so you were lucky.

The only provided HP drivers and applications that are available for your laptop are for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.

You can try to install the Coolsense driver in compatibility mode, but there is absolutely no guarantee that it will work.

Just as it says on the download page of Coolsense, "this feature is available on mobile phones supported running a supported operating system." Unfortunately, your laptop is not grave in either categeory.

As many as it takes. All this, if necessary.

But keep in mind that, according to the applications you run.
It can be much less than this. Most people require no so much than that.
And unless you do a lot of great graphics or video editing, there
    unlikely you want.

As an example of what I mean, I'm under 64-bit Windows 8
Professional on a machine of 6 GB right now. With nine major applications
and a lot of good company of open background programs, it's using only
about 4 GB at the moment.

I have a smart TV which has DLNA work.  I can see shared media on a mind DIFFERENT PC Win 7 Starter, Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  They use the same home network / local, the same router.  It deos not matter if I use Plex or Nero Home 4.

I checked firewall settings, and they seem to be the same.

None of the items in this forum seem to help, I'm afraid.

    Help, please.

I reread your post - Windows STARTER does not include the many associated media

    DVD playback.
    * Windows Media Center for watching recorded TV or other media.
    * Remote Media Streaming for streaming your music, your videos and recorded TV
    your computer at home.

Do not know if you try to listen to this starter computer

For the Home Premium machine, you should not have Nero or Plex for broadcast.

  • Can I use the existing Windows vista ultimate 32-bit (real) key to do a fresh install (due to errors of unrecognized class) win vista home premium 32 bit (original cd)?

Inspiron Dell 1720 2.2 GHz, 2 GB ram, Win Vista ultimate SP2.

Cannot install all programs currently due to errors of windows install. I have tried scannow in cmd which seems to close automatically in less than a second to click on enter.
I tried switching win installer services then in manual and automatic ('start' ed) with no ruling change ever to the problem. So now since I can't possibly find another solution, I'm doing a new installation of windows vista Home premium 32-bit which I did not have the keys. So the query. I would appreciate any comment how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Look at the product key shown on the label on the computer.  Which edition of Windows is on the label?  If the label says Home Premium Home Premium dvd is likely a recovery disk only.  So if there is a recovery disk, so it can reinstall a new copy of Home Premium and all reset the status of the plant.  You will lose your programs and data.

If the Premium family edition dvd is a dvd retail then you may be able to do a repair on-site modernization (aka ' install fix') of Vista Ultimate with it, but please answer these questions first.

I just bought and installed WIn 7 Home Prem on a new 1 TB drive.  When I try to run Windows Update I get error 80072F8F.  After reviewing several days, I have now tried and failed to get anywhere:

    • Checked the time date and resynch'ed against the internet several times
    • checked that I can access https://partners.microsoft.com
    • downloaded all certificates of a XP machine and a Vista
    • Use regsvr32 to the following dll: softpub Microsoft initpki mssip32
    • reinstallation of Windows 7 with nothing else

I can't rename the folder "c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" as suggests a position as it is said always used and I can't understand what is using it.

Please note that the internet works on both IE and Firefox and I have activated Windows 7.

It's driving me crazy.  How Microsoft may not get its own OS for talking to himself!  Win 7 is fine for now, but it won't take long to get left behind, if I can't run updates.  Can I still use XP I put up as a dual boot.

  • My operating system is Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit, but the Firefox browser is 32-bit. Should I use a 64-bit browser?

  • Cannot run Canon MP Navigator on Vista Home Premium (32 bit)

    Hello

Would appreciate if someone could come up with a solution to this. Have had my Canon MP560 multiprinter for a year - never had a problem with printing or scanning. However, today when I tried to scan the printer it did not work. For scanning to occur with the buttons on the printer MP navigator must open - where the problem. (I am able to scan via windows live photo gallery).

I also can't open MP navigator in stand alone function. I've deleted and reinstalled with the latest drivers from the website of canon (according to canon tech advice), but no change. I tried to run as an administrator - but nothing works. By opening the location by clicking on mpnex30.exe file does nothing.

Is there a way to get this exe file to work - and why it suddenly stopped working or something stopping to go to the top?

Thank you very much in advance for any help anyone can offer on this subject!

    Hi thanks.

Had nothing to do with the profiles or user accounts. Technical support level 2 Canon has managed to help me sort out them. Another program in the TWAIN_32 folder has been intefering with the Canon file at this location. I just had to remove the offending file from there and hop right!

I guess you guys at MS should he noted down in case anyone has the same problem as me!

    All the best,

    AKG

  • How can I disable Group Policy Service in Win 7 Home Premium 64 - bit SP1 on my computer at home?

I'm not able to disable the Group Policy Manager (even if my user ID has administrator privileges)

In other words, when I click on the box next to the service in MSCONFIG

the audit go far - but as soon as I hit the key "Apply", the control is displayed again.

I also went directly in 'Services '. Once there, I went to the "group policy".

'' 'Manager' again. I went into the service and concluded that the selection for "Startup Type" was

gray - it has failed me the ability to change from "Automatic" to "off."

    nor could I stop it.

I tried to locate the Group Policy Client gpsvc entry in the registry and by assigning to my user name according to the instructions on:

http://everydaynerd.com/how-to/disable-group-policy-service-on-windows-vista7 - but I couldn't find the HKLM key or the

gpsvc entry in my registry (so I'm not clear on how/where it is getting kicked off the power, but he began is, since I can see running in the Task Manager / Services tab).
I also tried to add the DWORD of DisableGPS entry and parameter to a value of '1' - but it does not work either - service group strategy continues to run after I refill...
Other thoughts on how I can get this service disabled?

Sorry, I am unable to reconcile the two contradictory facts in your report: you have a service of group running on the one hand policy, but no corresponding entry in the registry. I have no idea how to solve this problem.

On machines without the Group Policy snap-in you must change the registry manually with the help of clues, you get the spreadsheet of Group Policy download you here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=18c90c80-8b0a-4906-a4f5-ff24cc2030fb#filelist. It is a rather tedious work.
