  This can happen if Google Chrome has not installed the appropriate language. To work around the problem, change your language version after installing the browser.

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  I suggest that you check if the problem persists in mode safe mode with networking.

  Steps to start in safe mode with networking

  Looks like that you are using the Google's PDF Viewer. Try a Google forum. It is not a problem of the Adobe Reader software.
