I am running windows vista sp2 and I get an error message "cannot load resource dll" How can I fix the problem.
Have noticed that my history of visited web sites is saved is more and the error message above appears whenever I start my laptop, I tried to download ie9 instead of run the ie8 I have, he (ie9) is not installed.
