I am trying to convert a pdf file to an excel file and simply cannot understand how. I have a paid subscription, but invites me to register again?
HI wjleshe,
I checked your account using the email address you use here in the forums, but I don't see any order history. May register with a different email address? Or you sign up via the player mobile app for iOS or Android? If you got your subscription via an in-app purchase, Adobe wouldn't have the time of your order. And, you should contact the app store, if there is a problem with your subscription.
Best,
Sara

I am trying to edit a PDF file and it still tells me to buy Acrobat Pro, but I have already and am refunded until May 15, 2015
A common cause of this is buy Acrobat Pro, but not use it. Instead, some people not to install Acrobat Pro, or they install but continue to use the free Adobe Reader software. Check this. Adobe Reader (Acrobat Reader) and Acrobat Pro are two completely different applications.

Impossible.

Conversion failed"I am doing worng?
Hi sharonm37841720,
I don't think you're doing something wrong. You are able to convert other PDF files without error? What is this file in particular? You convert via Adobe Reader or the ExportPDF web interface?
To begin, please clear the cache of the browser and connect to https://cloud.acrobat.com. Make sure that you use a supported web browser (see the system requirements for |) Adobe Acrobat Pro and online services) and that it is not the settings of proxy or firewall that limit your access to the Internet.
Please let us know how it goes.
Best,
Sara

I bought the program to convert PDF files to Word, Excel, files etc. I am logged in and try to convert a word file as an Excel file. It shows that I am connected to my account, I guess, (it shows my name at the top) and I clicked the export file, choose the file to convert, click Excel in the box, to convert language was English, then click the Convert button blue. It looked like it was working, then in seconds, said that I was not connected to the internet. I tried to do this several times (on two different days) and get the same message, not connected to the internet. I am connected to internet, I go to my browser and load anything.
Thanks for any help! I feel desperate to get this project underway.
Check your hosts file.

Trying to convert a PDF file to a pptx
I have a subscription, but pptx does not appear as a conversion format online. When I try my computer directly from Adobe, it says I need a subscription. Help?
Hi phillygator,
By checking your account, I see you have a subscription ExportPDF. ExportPDF does not convert to PowerPoint format - but does the subscription Pack PDF Adobe. If you have the wrong subscription and want to exchange for PDF Pack let us know. We can take care of that for you (even if there is a cost difference).

Believe me when I say that I restarted the computer and fresh with nothing open. I tried to remove the .pdf and I always get the message below. Any other tricks I can try? HELP!
So, we finally found the problem. Since I had the Windows preview window selected in my settings, when you try to remove any PDF, Windows is the thought that the file is open on a preview pane. Once we cut the setting, I could delete the PDF file.

I am trying to print a PDF file and it is making me save instead of print
I use Windows 7 and have long been printing to a HP Officejet 8600 without problem. All of a sudden, it saves me instead of print and is very annoying. I spent literally hours scouring solutions forums. I tried all the normal reasons as uncheck 'print to file', ensuring that the print dialog box selects the printer and not "Save as." If I right click to get the option print, it will only print the screenshot and not the entire document. I tried playing with the properties of the printer and can't find anything that allows you to return to just printing. Can someone please? !

It's just when I try to print from the browser (Chrome) - I'll show as below also
And that's your problem.
Chrome does not and is not compatible with the plug-in in Adobe Reader. You use the browsers Chrome pdf viewer. Download the files first and then open in Adobe Reader by using file > open and try to print. Does it work?
