  Use disk utility to check your volume and repair permissions.

  Run the cleanup tool to remove leftovers that can block the installation.  Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Now reinstall.

  You that a desktop application to download creative cloud and which would give you access version which is compatible for your operating system.

  Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
