I am trying to download PS 6 on a new mac lap top.  I bought the CS6 in 2011.  I've updated in 2013.  It does allow me to download.  He ask the serial number but said it will not go through.  Can you help me?

  2. OE closed when you tried to remove the dbx file?
  If you are unable to delete the file, use a new identity. File | Identities | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.
   
  Note: Do not use the main word in the name of the new identity.
