I am trying to install flash player, but he always tells me that I have not sufficient permissions

Currently, I'm trying to download a Flash update on my MacBook Pro and he always tells me that I have not sufficient permissions to do so. After talking with the Apple support they said that there are no problems with my permissions user that I'm an admin so it's a matter of Adobe. I have the same problem of "permissions" when I try to save changes using photoshop and it drives me crazy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gina,

Sorry for the inconvenience, using Photoshop and Flash update. Looks like there may be some permissions on system issues.

Two ways to fix this-

  1. Repair your disk permissions - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201560
  2. Create a new user account and try to work on this account (create new accounts new own permissions) - es.html #Permissions blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2012/07/photoshop-basic-troubleshooting-steps-to-fix-most-issu

Try these suggestions and let us know how it goes.

Concerning

Pete
