I am trying to install free apps from the store and I get "your purchase could not be executed. Please try again.

I am trying to install free apps from the store and I get "your purchase could not be executed. Please try again.  He told me to add the payment method before apps can be purchased. A pop up with adding payments happens, but I can't activate it.  Where can else I add my mode of payment on my profile?

Original title: payment

Open the store and open bar charms and select "settings".  Then click on 'your account '.  You must finish setting up your account before you can get apps.  Although the apps you're looking for are 'free', you will not be charged for them, but the account setup must be run.

  • Cannot install point. Restart the application and re-download your purchase.

We have an application published with two folios in there. Several users have complained that when they try to update the app, they get this error: "cannot install point. Please restart the application and download your new purchase. "I have NOT been able to reproduce this error on 4 different iPads. However, I have 3 users who receive this error whenever they try to update the folio.

They tried to remove the app and reinstall. The same problem.

They tried several different WiFi FORT connections, same problem.

A user came to my office. We have updated the app on my iPad. Worked well. Tried it on his iPad. Got the error. Same WiFi connection within minutes following one another.

    What is going on?!!!

Adobe has released a series of patches for viewers to iOS to handle this problem, you have described. V31 V32 these patches and are in need of an update. Knowing that your application is v29, v32 app you just submit you should be fine.

  • message "your purchase could not be completed" when you try to install Adobe Reader from the Windows store

I try to install Adobe Reader Touch to my Surface installed Pro Windows 8.1 Microsoft Windows store.  I get the following message is displayed:

"Your purchase could not be executed.

Something has happened and it's impossible to make your purchase.  "Error code: 0 x 080070057.

Only, this seems to be a problem with Adobe Reader Touch.  I was able to install applications from other vendors and Adobe (for example, Photoshop Express to the elements).  So it doesn't seem to be a problem with my Adobe account, or a problem with Windows Store system.

Anyone have this problem?  All solutions?

    THX.

    Hi jjquinn75

I recommend contacting Microsoft about this error message as it is returned by the windows store program.

Furthermore, I you recommend to download the installer for Adobe reader offline using this link (Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution ) and then try to install on your device pro surface.

    Kind regards

  • App Store works don't make mistake, "something happened and your purchase could not be completed."

I have connected to Windows Live and my computer. While earlier I could download Apps from the AppStore Windows without problem, I do now face the most useless error message EVER:

"Your purchase could not be executed.
"Something happened and your purchase could not be completed.
If anyone has any idea what that 'something' means, please let me know. I get very frustrated with most of these "apps".
If an employee of Microsoft Windows is reading this, please be more informative and less redundant with your error messages.

  • install apps from the store / checked / others?

    Hi all

After the successful sierra upgrade remains a question...

In Control Panel / common I could select (capitan) between 'install apps from the store', '... certified developers', '... from other

On the Sierra, I only have the options "... the store," '... of certified developers

The last option "... others" was gone.

Can this last option 'install applications from others' be re-activated?

I had a couple of applications that require one '... other What will happen in the future when there is the need to reinstall?

    Greetings from the Germany

    Chris

This is a "feature". In Sys Prefs, you can choose between the store and known to the developers. You can always choose to open a pkg app or an unknown dev by ctrl-click Installer, and then by selecting open from the menu. You will get a dialog with an option to open the application. Once this is done, your Mac will approve the app.

It is possible to completely disable a guard, but this is not recommended. Here's how: http://www.amsys.co.uk/2016/09/disable-gatekeeper-macos-sierra/

  • I'm trying to download Security Suite from my provider and I get a message that I have to get rid of PC Cleaner. How can I remove it?

    Get rid of PC Cleaner

I'm trying to download Security Suite from my provider and I get a message that I have to get rid of PC Cleaner. I searched my PC and that you do not find PC Cleaner. If I don't know how I'll remove it. Thanks for your help. The only reference to PC Cleaner is the Microsoft Security on the PC.

Go to add/remove programs and see if PC Cleaner is in the list. If so, then click to remove.
Then go into Windows Explorer. Research on Windows/System32 and see fi there is pcsd.dll and delete it.
Then go to regedit and search for any mention of PC Cleaner, PC Cleaner and remove these entries.

Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk.

Then see if you still get an error of PC Cleaner.

Let us know if that helps.

  • Cannot install app-error: your purchase could not be completed

How can I install apps on the store? all I get is YOUR PURCHASE could not BE COMPLETED

    Hello Daphne,

You are unable to install a particular application, or can you get this error for all applications?

An error code is displayed with the error message?

I suggest you try the steps suggested in this article and checking:

Try these steps and let us know the results.

  • I can't add a component from the Add Remove program window as says could not initialize winxp

I can't add a component from the Add Remove program window as says could not initialize winxp

My victory is xp professional ver 2002 service pack 3

It's usually easy to fix, but if you removed all the dll and inf files, you can have a bunch of other problems that you have not yet discovered.

If you mean when you try to use Add/Remove Windows components you see a message like this:

Install was not able to load the master file.
The application could not be initialized.

This happens because this file is missing:

    c:\windows\inf\sysoc.inf

There is no copy backup of this file on your system and run the System File Checker will not replace the missing file (sorry, that Microsoft committed Support Engineer 'experts').

You will need to get a real copy of your XP bootable installation CD or from a reliable source.

There's a copy on my SkyDrive, you can download - here's how:

I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

You can download it and when you do, put a copy of the file in this folder (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

    c:\Windows\Inf

Here is the link to my SkyDrive and you can get the file you need here:

    https://SkyDrive.live.com/?CID=6a7e789cab1d6f39&ID=6A7E789CAB1D6F39! 311

When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.

You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension.  You do not want to use a file named sysoc when the name of the file should really be called sysoc.inf (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.

You must then copy and paste the downloaded folder appropriate on your system.

  • I can't buy apps in Windows 8 Store: "your purchase could not be completed, something happened and your purchase could not be completed.

When I try to buy an app out of the store, I get the message:

"Your purchase could not be completed . " something happened and your purchase could not be completed '

A new attempt of results in the same error.

I tried most, if not all, solutions to this problem on the forums (definition of the location, date/time, reset the windows store, crossing the local profile cache, using several computers running different versions of Windows 8, using "sfc/scannow" in a command prompt, etc..)

    • This issue is not present on my windows phone 8 device.
    • At one point, I was able to buy apps with success.
    • I recently configured a VPN (Although disabling the VPN does not solve the issue)
    • I run 2 PCs of Windows 8 and use the same Microsoft Account for both
    • I recently transferred a XBOX live gamer tag to my Microsoft Account
    • I have a credit card and a PayPal account set up in my billing options
    • Recently, the PayPal account was not properly authenticate on my windows phone, I deleted and added it and it now works fine
    • In the account for the store settings (Windows + C |) Settings | Your account | Payment and Billing Information), he said: "before you can purchase an application, you must add a payment method to your account" when I click on add a doesn't MATTER.  To http://account.live.com billing options, there are two payment options clearly listed and functional.  What happens?

That's all that I think I speak for the moment.  I know that Microsoft is currently changing parts of the Microsoft Account system, but I didn't know that an error like this would be because of that.  So I want to know what I can do to solve the problem immediately.

    Thank you

OK, I solved the problem.  I still have questions using my PayPal account, but now I'm able to use my credit card.

    Here's what I did:

    1. Open the app Store
    2. Press the Windows key + C, then select settings
    3. Select the option menu: your account
    4. Select "Change user", then to connect to ANOTHER account. (I tried to simply connect to the same account again, and it did not work)
    5. Select the Add payment option (which should now work and load a menu)
    6. Close the menu and return to your old account using Exchange User
    7. Click on add payment option once again, it should now really open. (Assuming it wasn't before, that, for me, it wasn't)
    8. It will now allow you to add a payment, and I suggest strongly that add you payment options you have currently listed there.  I think there is a problem with the PayPal accounts in particular.
    9. Buy your favorite again, applications finally.
    10. Fact.

My PayPal account still does not work after that.  Well, I think it has something to do with the settings "preferred payment method" Paypal.  It might be interesting to contact PayPal on this subject, because I am able to use regular credit cards perfectly well after this "correction".
