  When you try to restore my old iPhone 4S via itunes, it forces me to remove 'Find my iPhone' phone.  That I can't because the iPhone has my old AppleID.  I can't change the AppleID to the new one I use on my iPad since to do so, following the instructions from Apple, it sends a code to my old e-mail address AppleID to which I do not have access.  Is there a solution?
