  Looks like you are running in a block of 25 port.

  As a general rule, the owner of port 25 SMTP server you use must be the same as the entity that provides your Internet connection at the moment. To learn more about this issue, see anti-spam

  The workarounds available when sending abroad are the following:

   

  1. use webmail to send (via your browser).

  2. ask your ISP if they have one port other than '25' for SMTP.

  3. If you use the same connection away from home frequently,

  Replace with the SMTP belonging in this regard. It's a bit

  difficult, but if you want to go this route, I can provide more details.

  4. If you frequently send to multiple locations, get a free Gmail account,

  Configure it to POP access, set up in Windows Mail and use it to

  your shipment of household chores. Gmail uses port 465 for SMTP, which is not blocked

  as port 25 is.

  I saw the windows live and that I had made the mistake of upgrading to windows 8 and outlook express was not available I have tried. It's the same thing * as outlook and its impossible for microsoft to respond to simple requests for assistance.   I just pulled a cruise (Holland America) which offers courses of LARGE digital workshop. I've learned about Windows Live and RL photo gallery - what is optimal. But - MOST important - I've learned about Live Movie Maker - an improvement on the old version of WMM. WMM is not .mov files that produce new cameras. Only the .avi. I went to download the pgm MM Live and he says that Win 7 is required! There are some XPs MILLION out there and it is a pgm this cool. Any possibility there's far more that if I can use the .mov files without having to convert all of them to .avi. Or is it possible that Microsoft will be kind to us and give us live MM under Windows Essentials for XP?

  Windows Live Essentials for XP contains no Windows Live Movie Maker, as you know. We are not aware of what the developers have in mind. However, because Windows XP is a ten year old operating system, I doubt there is much chance it will be retro-compatible with Windows XP.

  There is a good reason to upgrade to Windows 7 to take advantage of all the new and improved and product changes.

  MS Money 2007 on Win XP doesn't let me connect online telling me that Windows Live cannot check my login information.  It happened all of a sudden in the last days.  I have yet to receive a response to this problem that works.  Everybody doesn't know how to fix this?

  The same question in the Windows 7 forum - and it worked

  1. Start Money
  2. In the connect to open your Money file page, type your Windows Live ID credentials, select thework offline check box and then clickNext

     Note If you have recently changed your Windows Live ID password until you have used the money, make sure you use the last password that worked with money. Based on your version of Money, your experience may be different. Basically, start, get the error of not being able to connect and continue so that you get cash itself

  3. On the file menu, click Password Manager (for Money 2002, clickconnection security box ), and then clickRemove .

     Note If you are prompted to disable MSN Money Web access, follow these steps, and then repeat step 3.

  4. Click disable this Passport for use in money , and then clickNext. Again once, different versions of money show different dialog boxes - the key is that you want to delete automatically connect with your live account.
  5. Click Finish , and then wait for the process of change in the credentials to fill.
  6. Click OK .
  7. Output of money.

  Once you disable the passport for use in Money and restart, you can resume your access to all of your financial institutions.  You will not however be able to be synchronized with MSN Money, which is the purpose of doing in the first place. I found that you can always update your accounts as you have always done and during the stock market always automatically up-to-date.
