I bought a song to download on my shuffle, it wont let me add saying it's a song from apple's music. but I paid?

I have apple music and downloaded an album, but know it won't let me put it on my iPod shuffle so I bought the song I wanted to download and now it seems that his reading he still like apple's music song and won't let me put it on my shuffle. so frustrated please help. all my purchases have been downloaded from the apple ID

You must first remove the download of Apple's music from your iTunes library.  This file of the current song is a download music from Apple, if you downloaded it before to purchase the song.  Then, download the song once again.

If she always comes back as a download music from Apple, I would completely delete the song from your iTunes library (not just delete the download).  Then, download the song as a last iTunes Store purchase

  • How can I buy a song after I downloaded it from apple's music

    Hello

I am buying a song I downloaded music from apple. When I click on 'Show in itunes store' it brings me to the itunes store, but the songs I downloaded from apple's music isn't the button 'buy' next to them, but simply a 'play' button and an arow with other options that do not buy.

    No tricks/work around?

Remove music from Apple, then return to the store to buy.

  • Transfer songs from Apple music from iPhone to iTunes

    Hello world

Most of my songs is downloaded directly from Apple music on my iPhone. I think that my iPhone and my PC is connected somehow through the same Apple ID

Whenever I want to sync my songs from iPhone to iTunes on my PC, my PC already knew that I downloaded music and it downloads the music once again in the iTunes - wasting the time and plan internet - to copy music from my iPhone.

Is it possible to simply transfer the downloaded music from my iPhone directly to my PC / iTunes? Logically speaking music is already there in my phone so the only thing it takes is just to copy it, no need to download it once more.

    Thank you!

P.S. I'm using iPhone 6 (iOS 9.3.2) and 10 Windows with the latest version of iTunes (12.4.1)

    Hi arisastrosubroto,

Thank you for coming to us in Apple Support communities for support. I know it's important to have access to your music on all of your devices, so I'm happy to help you to provide advice for you to get it working again.

If the music you want to transfer was purchased from the iTunes Store, you can use the information here to transfer these purchases to iTunes:

Redownload or transfer of your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer

If this music was not bought on iTunes, but simply added to your Apple's music library, iTunes works as it should and will be instead just download these same elements directly in iTunes.

I hope this helps clarify things a bit more. See you soon!

  • Why are some of my songs in Apple's music on iTunes Macbook grayed out but playable?

Many people had had the problem of having dimmed completely unplayable songs, but it's different. Some of my songs downloaded music on my Apple Macbook are greyed out compared to other songs, but still playable. When I play an album or a playlist with those songs, they are always ignored, but if I manually click on them, they play. Why gray songs and can not be read automatically? It is kind of annoying, how they are always ignored and cannot be played unless you want to listen to them in unique and individual parts? How can this problem be solved? Thank you.

Somewhere - possibly for songs - not checked these selections. The songs are still in your library but will play only if you select directly. You need to right click on the song and select "check selection". That will reverse the graying of the song.

  • How to disable the explicit songs in Apple's music?

I use Apple music for iPhone and Galaxy S7 Edge. I noticed that on Android Apple music there is an option to block explicit songs in a music Apple iPhone, there is no option to block explicit music. Unless it's there somewhere I don't know where. I'm just concerned because I want to share my music at work and because of this feature, I'd rather put my Android as my iPhone. Which is weird, because I imagine that all the parameters are both Apple and Android.

  • Bought a song from iTunes a week there with the visa card and it is still pending

A song in iTunes bought a week with my Visa card and it is still waiting on my Australian Visa account, I called my Bank today there is nothing bad to that end, I'm still waiting for some types of permission by e-mail, you're wondering what I did wrong, hoping someone can help me please.

As well as receive a receipt by email from iTunes (which is that what you mean by "some type of permission email"?), it should show on the purchase of your account history: see your purchase history in iTunes on Mac or PC - Apple Support store

Or if iTunes was not able to collect the money from your card successfully it should show as the reason: pay a balance on the iTunes Store - Apple Support - there show nothing? If not, this implies that it is crossed successfully, but purchases by credit card can sometimes take a long time

I have subscribed to Apple music for awhile but then cancelled a few weeks before. I realize now that all the songs I have downloaded by subscribing will play is no more, I'm invited to "Join the music apple" when I click on the songs.

I always feel like the songs and are willing to pay for them... there at - it an easy way to buy? The only way I can understand how to do it is delete them from iTunes, go to the store and re-download.

    Is there a simpler way?

    On the C side.

Well Yes, that's the deal with Apple music.  Once you cancel your subscription, the tracks you downloaded becomes unplayable.

If you want to have your own copy (playable), you can now download from the iTunes Store or Amazon digital music, on a pay-per-track basis.

  • Why all my songs not purchased went from Apple's music?

I am subscribed to Apple music since it was released: I've never had a problem or a complaint so far... I went to apple music the other night and all the music that I have collected over the past months 6-8 has disappeared (except songs bought through iTunes) it is not as if I can get it back. I don't know if it's worth to continue to subscribe if it won't be something that will happen - it will be a huge pain to get all these albums and playlists.

  • Subscription of Apple's music, but the songs of the artist some are grayed out. Why?

Hi, I am subscribed recently to Apple music that supposedly gives you access to anything whatsoever in the iTunes music store, but I came across a large number of titles by artists who are grayed out.  Not in my main library, but in iTunes Radio, and if I add tracks from my library, they are still grayed out.

I active iCloud and I disconnected and returned but that only fixed not.

    Can someone explain this?

    Hello

Tracks greyed out are not available for release and cannot be added to my music. I presume that the holders of these titles gave no permission to use Apple.

  • Cancellation of Apple's music has grayed out some songs from iTunes game

    Background:

    • I use iTunes game.
    • All the songs in my library have been downloaded by me.
    • I tried Apple's music for a while and then cancelled.

    Question:

    • Some of the songs that I downloaded in my subscription of Apple's music are now gray out and unable to be played.
    • On the iPhone (and previously on my Mac) I wonder to renew my subscription to Apple's music when I try to read them.
    • It seems that iTunes thinks that these are songs from Apple's music, when they certainly are iTunes songs Match (most of the songs is not yet on Apple music).

    Attempted fixes:

    • I tried all kinds of re - authorize etc and nothing works.
    • I talked at length to Apple on the phone who now asked me to install OS X (which I'm hated to do that I don't see it being a problem of BONE).

How can I return these songs? Is this a known bug?

Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  • How to remove a song from my library, but not from the playlist?

    Hello

I know this question has been asked before. But as far as I don't know in conjunction with Apple music.

Since there is a way in music from Apple to add a song only to a playlist, not the library, I was wondering if there is a way to remove a song from my library and not from the playlist?

    Is it possible to do?

All the songs on playlists and in my library are Apple music.

I tried to export a playlist in XML format, and then deleting the songs in my library, and then import the XML file.

Unfortunately this does not work because iTunes can't find the songs in Apple's music even though he had only songs from Apple's music in the playlist before.

I'd hate to have to create all my playlists once more just to empty my library.

    Thanks for your help!
