  I am trying to download Adobe Acrobat pro v 11.  The text says that I need the serial number (which I have), but when I click on install Acrobat XI pro there is no place for me to enter the serial number, and I'm not able to get beyond this stage.

  It seems that the site license is upward at the time of this announcement.  With regard to the size of the install files I'm sorry that I did not compare the size of various languages.  However, it is possible that the Arabic version of the Middle East of Acrobat may have a different Installer for volume licenses.  Your best option is to use the installation from the website of license files as they must be related to the purchase and the serial number.

  I bought and you use Acrobat Pro XI (teacher edition) on a Windows 8.1 machine for almost a year (363 days, to be precise) without any problem.  I accepted all the updates Acrobat during the year past without any problem and improved Win8 to Win8.1 about two months, again without any problems.  Then two days ago, for no reason that I can understand, when I started Acrobat, I received a message that my trial had left to 0 days.  Acrobat went very well, so I ignored it (perhaps foolishly), and now Acrobat will launch is no longer at all.

  I read the article on the failures of Acrobat in CS6 facility, but I don't have CS6, just Acrobat Pro XI (Teachers' edition).

  Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve the issue.t

  1) go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache show all files and hidden folders, and then delete them. (Do not delete the folder).

  (2) go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD show all files and hidden folders, and delete them. () Do not remove the file).

  (3) launch Acrobat

  (4) sign in using your Adobe id and password.

  you need a platform swap (Exchange a product Adobe of a different version of the language or platform) but which is only supported for the latest versions of adobe.

  You can get the upgrade pricing and exchange platforms, or use an abonnemement DC acrobat and use on both platforms.
