If disconnection does not help, follow these steps:
Sign out of the creative cloud app and exit (Quit option will be available after a few seconds).
Move the following folders on the desktop:
(1) SLCache
Windows: OS Lecteur\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Mac: Adobe/Library/Application Support/Adobe
(2) SLStore
Windows: OS drive\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: Adobe/Library/Application Support/Adobe
(3) OOBE
Windows: OS Drive\
Mac: /users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe
Now connect to the creative cloud app and see if it works.
NOTE: Make sure that your Anti Virus/Firewall is blocking all the Adobe activation servers. Alternatively, you can also check your file "hosts" for any changes.

I have not received serial number after buying Adobe first pro (monthly subscription).
Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.
Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps. and probably more in the future.
If you already have the cc desktop application and you need to refresh your adobe id, sign in, and sign out | Creative office cloud app

Adobe first Pro CS5 for Mac-installation problem
I recently bought Adobe first Pro CS5 one upgrade (for Mac) and after I entered the serial number during installation it asks me a serial number of an eligible product, three announcements: first items 4, 7 or 8. I only have first Elements 9. I'd be happy to buy the above products except several sources suggest that PE8 was never produced for Mac. Any ideas of what I can do?

Bottom line, I paid for an installed electronic product and don't have no way to access to re - load. After several days and calls - I am at my last appeal on October 23 in the morning - bottom line the tech rep could not find any information on my Adobe product. In order for me to get my business online, I ended up buying another Adobe product price still an another $ $299,00. Yes, it was a new version of what I had, but again he did have to pay full price, even if it's an upgrade, then after installation, integration, and the Fund - I asked for documentation for the Adobe product and the license key. He said "do not worry about this, all you have to do is call the customer service number and we will help you" - well this isn't enough for me - because you can see above what happened earlier and I am complete was dissatisfied with the results.
