Is it possible to re - install Photoshop CS5 if I can't find the installation disc? I logged on my Adobe account to find that it is registered and the serial number is added to the file, however I can not download.

Adobe Master Collection CS6 programs worked well until recently. Photoshop is the program that I use the most, and in the last few weeks, I noticed it takes longer and longer to load. Now I can't load any programs, my phone freezes with the image of IPL. I would try to reinstall, but I understand that I must first disable all. I have the education version. What can I do? I don't know why programs not to load.

I try to install cs6 master collection downloaded the package unzzipped it placed in a dedicated folder ran as administrator
It gave this error
I tried the installer on another computer it worked perfectly, this problem occurs on all install them adobe, including the company Manager application here is my pdapp.log

I'm sorry to have a diffculity to install Adobe Master Collection CS6 on Windows 7. I see that you mentioned that your computer IS a 32-bit, while the Master Collection CS6 as indicated in the Tech Specs (see the link below for more details) requires 64-bit architecture.
For later use, it * IS * wise to double check on tech specs, similiarly - requirements before install us all types of applications.

I paid ~ $2000 for Adobe Master Collection extended CS6. All my software MC recorded at Adobe.com and work for the past two years.
Today I launch photoshop and an update coming - and zap. All my licenses are in 'TEST' mode and when I enter my license key, I get the message:
You have entered the serial number has been revoked. This product may not be approved. Please contact customer support.
And then I get a pop up to:
Join the creative cloud.
Seriously?
I'm a freelance artist under legitimate license - pay for it by cutting my arm - and now this?

Yes. After MUCH debate of live chat (the first rep was very dismissive) - and then talk to the contractor. It turns out a person with a keygen used my serial no as well.
I then had to prove that I bought with $ via the ancient recipes of Paypal + photos + screencaps. They then unblocked my account and issued me a new serial number.

1. Ctrl + K only works on 1 video, but not on the video 2, video 3, etc... Why?
2. whenever I use Windows Live Movie Maker to convert video files, they import in the first half with superior video missing. I uninstalled security update kb2803821 and restarted my PC. It worked. But updates of Windows 7 all the time, so I will have this problem over and over again? And if so, how do I know what security update for every moment of the uninstall?
I use the trial version of this software and want to know the answers to these questions before I committ and buy the complete thing. Thank you!
