  In response to both Richard & Stan.  I received the error message ""device error", Code '3' notes Create Sequence of STC: cannot write file M25.»  Or something very similar to this, but I think it was exactly that.  It was my first HD project but used several times to make projects sustainable development without problems that were not of my own creation.  So it was a shock and cost me money and the failure to meet a deadline.  What I did: on-screen 'Build '.

  Then I found a job step 2 autour for the problem.  My question is this: I pay $70.00 / month ca to the people Adobe cloud to keep their software up to date and work as advertised.  I do not think I should spend a few hours and lose money looking for a problem created Adobe not yet keeping cs6, updated and works as promised.  I submit my first bug report.  My suspicion is that adobe considers that Blu - ray is out of style, and they do not care to correct this bug in still cs6.

  I'd love to know the thoughts of others on this.

  My (certainly old and slow) system made too the first time I opened 11 player, but he "thawed" after fifteen seconds, (an eternity in computing time, I know, but it has finally opened completely) what you see to the right is the "Tools" palette during initialization. That's exactly where mine would freeze at startup. Once he finally opened fully, I clicked on the "Tools" link at the top to close the Panel, and I opened and seen a document in this way and then closed reader. Now when I open the drive, the tool palette is not initialize and it opens immediately.

  Restart and prior to open what any else, open the drive. When you open it, DO NOT try to do anything with it until it fully opens, do not click on anything that it either, do not try to switch to another app give it time to open up completely and then click the tools link to close. Then open and view a document and close it. Close the player and reopen it. the tools Panel should stay closed and reader should open completely immediately.

  Please refer to Cloud Creative applications back in test mode after an update until 2015 for CC

  Also, make sure you use the right adobe ID to log in.

  The license does not expire. You may be able to correct the problem by following the troubleshooting steps in the following document: error "licensing for this product has expired". CS4, CS5.

• I bought Adobe Pro XI in 2014, and now I no longer use the laptop that I used it on.

  In 2014, I bought the upgrade to Adobe Acrobat XI Pro version for my laptop.  I recently bought a new laptop and going to have to wipe the other back to the factory settings.  I want to use this version of Adobe on my new machine.  I can install it using my license, I bought in 2014?  If so, how can I do to make it... I have the license number.

  If this is not the case, what are my options, without having to pay so much.

  For a version upgrade, you MUST have the previous serial number to install

  Don't forget to turn off this feature on the old computer

  You install programs exactly in the same way you did the 1st time... Put your disc in the drive, and enter your serial number when asked

  After you have installed the CS5, CS6 and CS5.5, CC is not a problem. They are separate installs.

  Projects of CS5--> CS5.5--> CS6--> CC is not a problem.

  It is not possible to move CC--> CS6 projects.

  CS6--> CS5.5 mobile projects can be problematic.
