I bought an annual subscription from month to month with Adobe Creative Cloud. I have installed on my Mac apps but when I downloaded Adobe Creative cloud on my PC, it's wanting to download me new applications of 2014 and there is no way to download previous versions for my PC. What should I do? I can not even cancel my subscription because Adobe has hidden this option.

I tried installing CC on my mac but when I download nothing happens.
I want to install CC on my mac at work but when I click on the download button it downloads but after that, there is nothing. Nothing in the 'programs' and not even a window opens. I tried like a hundred times. What I've done wrong?
Try once steps below:
N ° 1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well. [If only]
Step 3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Where appropriate,
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."
Step 6)
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same:

Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.
Once the update is complete. It should launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Compatibility with Firefox 4.0 is the responsibility of Citrix. You can check their website for a plugin for Firefox 4.0beta update versions. There again, perhaps they expect the actual release of the Firefox 4.0 before they update their plugin. many programs do not support versions beta from other programs.

I currently own the student and teacher of Lightroom 4 edition on my PC. I now have a Mac and want to swtich my Lightroom 4 on him. I downloaded the 5 Lightroom on my Mac, but when prompted to enter my serial number that never works. I have to buy a new Lightroom? Ideally, I would like to upgrade my Lightroom 4 to 5, but at this stage just want to be able to use any Lightroom on my new computer without having to buy anything new.

I contacted Adobe support and they helped to solve my problem:
My problem was with the "hosts" file using Adobe. Because of the way he wrote Adobe couldn't see my subscription and only saw me as a trial license.
I was instructed to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Mac and by accepting the agreement, once
Click on the chosen "Difficulty Host File" tab.
Click on "selected cleaning."

Hi, my trial version of Lightroom 5 has expired recently and I bought now fully. Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.
