I bought DC Acrobat Pro from Best Buy.  I received a redemption code and find my serial number.  When I try to install Acrobat I tells me that I use and incorrect serial number.  Help!

  Go to Control Panel-> programs and features and uninstall Adobe Help Manager and then try to install indesign on your system, it should settle.

  So if not always working

  Go to C:/program files(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Help .

  move this folder on the desktop,

  Launch the installation again for the software.

  Has anyone bought one of these from Best Buy?  It looks too cheap for something is not to be missed. The WWAN antenna or something else may have been deleted?  It is wise to get this information from Lenovo instead of Best Buy and if I bought it from Best Buy, always buy the extended warranty of Lenovo's ADP?

  This machine is located at the limit of the size I want, but smaller would mean that I have to wait longer to buy.  I want to really the Lenovo quality and performance of the Core 2 Duo processor, but if it isn't quality Thinkpad or if I have to deal with BB instead of Lenovo to everything, I want to go back.

  I was thinking about buying the version 14 PS & Premium, but read somewhere that if you buy at Best Buy, I have yet to download files of programs/installation of the Adobe site. Never, I even use my version 12, which was purchased from Best Buy due to not being able to install it by downloading a few files needed, even if it is registered!

  My question is, where can I buy a copy of version 14 and don't have to register, without worrying about download files in order to make it work? Let me know, as this will help my decision.

  Adobe sells only the latest (14) version for download. In general, you can buy either packing in box (with installation disc), or a download of its appointed dealers.

  Says who? Looking at online ads, it seems that Best Buy (if it is your store) sells packing in box with the installation disc.
