Creative cloud will download but wont install, I get this error message.
"Creative cloud set up stopped working: a problem caused blocking the program works correctly." Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is not available"and then I don't ever have a solution... and I have to download lightroom and adobe photoshop on my new computer laptop for work. Help, please. the laptop is an asus idk if this has something to do with it.

-J' uninstalled the application through the CC cleaning tool.
-J' deleted content OOBE, including the opm.db file
-J' I disconnect in the web (can not do in-App), I used a different Adobe ID and nothing works.
Please, can you help me? I need to use XD and have no way to do it.
