I bought items at Best Buy December 14, 24. I'm trying to use it on a MacBook Pro OSx 10.10.5 (Yosemite). While I try to put in place, I could get the serial number, but when I type in Adobe says that it cannot validate it. That is what it is?

  You must use the exact installation file that corresponds to your serial number.  of course, the versions must match.

  a little less obviously an acrobat pro installation file must be used with a number of pro series, and if a serial number is a sequence that includes acrobat, you must use the installation files on.

  Subscription does not have any serial number. Please use your Adobe ID to update the licensed software.

  The serial number of the computer has nothing to do with the product key for Windows.

  What happened when you tried to install Xp with sp3? If you do not have the original for the computer that you use to install Windows?

  You can try to contact the manufacturer of the computer who may be able to provide the recovery disc. The disks are usually under $ 20.

  You do not have a serial number to download, so I think you're talking about installation AFTER downloading the file (s)

  CS6 and previous programs have not been tested and will not be updated to run on Mac El Capitan

  -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

  Maybe it's a fake because of Mac El Capitan and OLD programs error
