  The reason why some of your key frames do not have the space handles is because their spatial interpolation is set to linear. If you select the convert vertex tool and click a keyframe chemical, it will become autobezier and from there you can adjust the control points yourself.

  Are you referring to the files in your Acrobat.com account? There should certainly be checkboxes to the left of the file names. So, let's try this.
