Impossible... CS5 is long before there was such a thing as a cloud subscription
When you buy any program from CS5, which is no longer sold, you will receive a serial number to enter during the installation

I bought an annual individual license for Illustrator and also one for Photoshop + Lightroom, now, I realized that I need Acrobat Pro and need to buy another individual license that will cost me the 3 together over the whole creative cloud option that includes all applications. I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?

Hi all, I'm quite new here and I really need help!
I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them. I'm really angry that there is not anyway to email Adobe or call them (I'm in Singapore).
I check my account on the website and it says that I can't look at my plans/subscription now for maintenance.
Which means that anything that I can do, even if I want to terminate the program now. It is a very overwhelming experience T.T

After that I subscribed to this package:
"10 standard pictures an annual plan of months, monthly paid $29.99 US/month for a year of turning up to 120 images standard cancel without risk in the first month.
There was always this banner at the top saying I could get ten free.
I remembered that I had ten free images in an email too (10 free + 10 for the first month), but after a few days when I started licensing and downloading, I had to pay after the ten first. I missed something?

When you used these 10 credits, additional images are charged at a special rate of $2.99 per image.
If you continue the subscription after the trial period you will be awarded 10 images, the next date of renewal to September 9.

Sorry if the title is a little confusing. Didn't know how to describe what is happening.
I tried trial for awhile, and I decided and bought the 'all the Apps - annual Plan'.
Once I did, I received my purchase confirmation email. Everything is good so far.
Then I connected my Adobe account and he showed that there are updates for Photoshop, first and other applications. I've updated them.
Now, the Photoshop application directed me to trial again and shows me the option 'buy'... even if I just buy it all.
I hope that I have made myself clear in my explanation.
