I bought the creative cloud. However, when it is installed, the software by default back to my old account adobe id. How can I start with the new account in which the purchase was made?

I bought the cloud creative on a new student account as I am currently a full-time student. However, when I download the creative cloud app and try to connect, it brings back me to my old adobe id. How can I get rid of this account id on my pc so I can start using my new account? Advice would be really appreciated that I need to use the software as soon as POSSIBLE! Rob

Close the session and close your creative office of cloud.

Restart it.

Then sign in with your new Adobe ID and password.
