  In the device name, you can put any name for the perticular computer or device that you want to set priority, and in the mac address box, you must put the mac address of the computer or devices. If the computer is connected to the router then look under the ethernet adapter. If the computer is wireless, then look for the mac address or physical address under wireless card.

  If you want to set the priority of any device like x - box then on the x - box itself you will find the mac address.

  Also make sure that the firmware on your router should be later... Click here to update the firmware.

Is there a way to access the serial number of my version already installed and insert it in the version of track to make it work for me?

  If you take the time to register to your original with Adobe installation (which most people do not), you can log in to your Adobe account and get the serial number. If you use a Windows computer and still have access to the old computer where Lightroom is installed, you can do the following:

  1. in the window folder options, make sure that you are able to see hidden folders.

  2. go to the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom folder.

  3. use Notepad to open the file, Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg

  You will be able to retrieve your serial number of this file.

  I followed your instructions and none of it worked. I had to uninstall Acrobat Reader and then update my version of the window. After that I downloaded Acrobat Reader again and it worked. Thanks again for your help.
