Subscription shows trial after signing out and back in CC
My subscription is always also a trial with 28 days left after the purchase. I signed in and out of the CC from many times and there is no change. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
log out and then back to your office to cc using the same adobe id allowing you to check your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.
My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.
Whenever I try to contact support, it tells me to use the cat from 09:00 to 17:00, but there is no link to start the chat or access.
I would really like to be able to use the products that I pay for.

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.
To install the creative cloud on new computer
Visit download/install FAQ: How can I download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?
If you are already signed in on two computers, simply disconnect you creative cloud over one of the other computers and log on to the new.

If you cannot log out due to a broken or reformatted computer, or if you no longer have the old computer, where you have logged in, you will receive a message when you try to connect on a third. Please see this link for more information:

Always the same?
1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside etc folder.
Copy 2) guests of the file to the desktop and open the same thing with Notepad.
Check if you can see all Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

Hi I have a current plan of photography for £8.87 per month which is paid and up-to-date, it allows me to use PSCC and LR. I've updated the two about a week ago and now LR is ok but PS says it's now a trial and I want to buy it and my trial runs out soon? Please follow the steps below.
Solution 1: -.
1 sign out and sign back for creative cloud.

Solution 2: -.
Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. (If you don't see all the entries of adobe, go to solution 3)
1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".
WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.
2. move the file hosts on the desktop.
3. open.
WIN: Open it with Notepad.
MAC: double click on it.
4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.
5. rear move "/ etc" folder.
Solution 3: -.
1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.
2. turn off firewall / proxy.
