THEN I opened my pdf, go to the right side toolbar and click on "change pdf" square tab thing. Then it automatically takes me to a Web page saying that I need to subscribe and pay for one of the packages! It seems that I am connected to a fine... my name is up there... but I'm trying to change etc and no luck. He asked that get paid to do nothing. HELP PLEASE?

  Thanks John. I finished by Tweeting to this topic and got Adobe to answer/help. I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall my creative cloud and then it worked. Go figure. Now, to try to understand Photoshop! YIKES!

  Free trial version should not be deleted.

  If you have installed any Adobe CC application on the machine, you can uninstall it.

  Your system does not meet the requirements for Acrobat Pro DC.  As you say, you have OS X 10.7, but Acrobat DC requires at least OS X 10.9.  I don't know if they still sell Acrobat Pro XI, but that's probably what you get.
