  I recommend the creation of an image with the free trial of 30 days of Acronis or free Edition of WD/Seagate, which can be used if you have a WD/Seagate internal hard drive or external. See section 3 of the Guide to reinstall Windows:

  This will give you a backup copy of your system in its current configuration.   My Dell Latitude E6510 came with OEM Win 7 Pro x 64 installed. I am trying to perform a restore of the system to the factory setting.

  I tried to access advanced without result Boot Options and pressing F12 during the boot process does not provide me with the option to repair and select the recovery partition, as if it is invisible.
