  If you no longer want to use the old computer, you can disable the software thereon by opening one of the applications and by selecting help-> Deactivate.  But if you can possibly use it as a backup installation do not hesitate to leave there in working condition (license allows you to have two active facilities).

  To install on a new machine to do exactly that... install it and activate it using the serial number, you have the initial purchase.  If you have registered the software, you should be able to find the serial number through your Adobe account online.

• Trouble installing CS5 Design Premium - please help a novice!

  It is almost impossible for me, someone who is new to MAC in general, to understand what is happening with my system. But I learned a little through online searches and the suppory community. • Re-installing CS4 Design Premium - no setup.exe

  I am re-installing CS4 Design Premium (on Windows 7 Home Prem), but the file I have all my downloaded files bought in (I didn't buy the CD) all files .exe and .7z but not setup.exe.

  Last week, I ran all the .exe, and once they had finished, I rebooted, hoping that maybe the setup.exe can run at startup. Nothing happened, so I went back to install/uninstall and cliked in uninstall, I cancelled, then install window came. Strange, but I went with it. Installation completed, but with errors. I needed to move on to a project, so I was able to run Dreamweaver and Fireworks, but yesterday Illustrator had a fatal error (in his first inning).

  
  I uninstalled again, but this time cannot deceive the uninstall program to run Setup again.

  My readme file. PDF, said I should have a setup.exe, but I looked in the downloadable files online and nothing there.

  Sorry, but the answer is no you can't pass a suite to a single product.  A lot of people miss this restriction if you choose to purchase the Suite.  Adobe locks for purchase of upgrades for all once more that you've crossed him not you.  So the short answer is that you must purchase the upgrade for the entire suite.

  I have CS3 premium design that I loaded 64 bit Windows 7 successfully on a computer. I have 3 licenses and trying to load CS3 design premium on a computer laptop 64 bit Windows 7. I have the following message

  The minimum system requirements below is recommended to successfully run Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium and is not met:

  • Screen resolution of 1024 x 768

  It is recommended that you upgrade or adjust your system to meet these minimum requirements, and then restart Setup.

  Note: my current screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and I tried every other screen (including the 1024 x 768) resolution and continue to get the same message.

  After I click on NEXT and then accept the license agreement Setup will not install Adobe InDesign CS3 (System verification) (Note: out no checked and grayed out). I can't check Adobe InDesign CS3.

  (System check) also follows Adobe Illustrator CS3, but I can check or uncheck Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Note: (System verification) is grayed out).

  The message on the Display Options of Installation is:

  (Yellow triangle with exclamation point) The minimum system requirements below is recommended to run Adobe Illustrator CS3 correctly and is not met:

  • Screen resolution of 1024 x 768

  VERY frustrating... and the solution found. I guess it works for the Mc and the PC (I use W7 X 64). By disabling all (or in part, for those who are multi-GPU) display cards found in the Windows Device Manager, you can force Windows to use it is display driver 'in house' credits.   Eight fonts Adobe Jenson Pro family were bundled with Creative Suite 2.0, 3.0 InDesign and InCopy CS2, InDesign CS2. Was the set of included fonts: Regular, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic, Semibold, Semibold Italic, Light and Light Italic.
