I can no longer connect to my Web site of banking online services and have tried all the suggested fixes Firefox outside Firefox reset, any other suggestions?

When I try to enter my customer number to connect to my online banking Web site, an error message reads:
This form has been re-introduced. Re-enter your customer number and only submit once only.

When I called the Bank to see if they could help they said it was a browser issue and suggested I should use IE or Chrome (no thanks!).

I went through all the Firefox suggested remedial troubleshooting including deleting cookie files. I have not yet tried the reset Firefox because I was expecting a simpler solution before taking this step.

From firefox in safe mode mitigated the problem temporarily and allowed me to access my bank account online. Great! Thanks fo the tips.

I tried to re - access my banking site mode normal firefox as a test and that the problem is still there, so I will now review the last above help link:
