I can not connect to google gmail, even using the latest version of firefox, even I enable all cookies. Help, please.

My version of firefox is: 15.0.1. I can go to the Google gmail page, but cannot open a session. I was asked:

"The cookies of your browser feature is disabled. Please turn it on. [?]". I followed the direction to activate cookies. It is already, but still cannot connect since I above message again. Why?

Thank you

Try checking for a setting specific to the site here:

Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > privacy

If you have Firefox set to "use the custom settings for history", click on the Exceptions button to check google.com or www.google.com entries.

If you do not have Firefox set to "use the custom settings for history" go ahead and select that temporarily to provide access to the dialog box.

In addition to built-in features, some modules or external software might block cookies. You have related to privacy modules here that might be relevant:

Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Modules > category: Extensions

You might try to temporarily disable or check Google-related preferences.
