I can not connect to Messages or FaceTime on my iPad

I can't log into Messages or FaceTime on my iPad.

I can connect in iCloud with my Apple but not Messagess or FaceTime.

I've updated to 9.3.4.

I recently received hundreds of emails from some Asian spammer all at once. I think that my message of account has been hacked or something. I tried to connect to remove them, but I can not connect now.

I tried restarting and also did a reset a deletion and restoration, but nothing seems to work.

I also rest my Apple ID several times with new passwords etc, but nothing works.

If I understand your message that you are not able to connect to iMessage or FaceTime on iPad Air. I like to use iMessage and FaceTime myself, so I want to help you as best I can to solve these issues. I recommend first of all, by ensuring that your Apple ID works correctly. To do this try logging on to appleid.apple.com from your browser.

If you succeed, then on your iPhone go to settings and Messages. Scroll down and click on the section titled send / receive. If you are connected to the iMessage you will see the words Apple ID and email address. Type your address email Apple ID, click Disconnect.

Once out of the faucet, use your Apple ID with iMessage and enter your e-mail address Apple ID and password.
