  The default main identity can become corrupted very easy because there a few registry keys more than user created files that work very well.

  The dbx file system is very fragile and also prone to corruption. By creating new identities, each single dbx file is new. Which have been the cause of the problem could have been determined by their replacement one at a time, bur which would have been a lot more time and a new identity is deeper.

  If you comply with security measures, you are much less likely to have this kind of problem in the future.

  Check if port 25 is blocked. Many now to block port 25 ISPS. The link below has good help on how to check this.

  Suggest you try: outgoing SMTP server settings: server name: several names servers use smtp 'mail' or ' in front of the domain name. Keep it as you already have 'mail.fosera.com', and change other settings as shown below.

  See if you can access your account via webmail.  This way you are not blocked.

  Most e-mail providers don't allow you to send from a location which you are not connected through their service.  So if you leave the House and connect, then they block to prevent spammers to send through their service.  Many have a way around this in the account settings, but only your e-mail provider may indicate what are the appropriate settings, because they are specific to the provider.

  My BB torch worked fine earlier, but there is an hour, it just stopped.  He has connections and bars, until in the Connections window bit. I tried it turn on and off as well as to take out the battery after it's off to reset.  I tried to remove all of my old conversations in the phone as well.   I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your provider of wireless services for formal support.

  Answering my own post... because nobody doesn't want to (or can) help... After hours of debugging, it seems that Skype use an old deprecated command to close the internet connection crashes when you use ICS.

  so, to solve this problem:

  Sometimes, WinMail settings get screwed up and you must remove the account and then add it back back.  Make sure first that the antivirus software not interfere (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).   Delete your account completely, then close WinMail.  Then compact and repair the database of WinMail (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  Add your account to mail back once again, and then make sure you have the correct settings under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers and | Advanced to what AT & T Specifies to WinMail (or OE).  Then see if it works.

  What happened to me several times over the years, as different local networks may not connect in order to SEND email but without reception problems.

  My solution is to always use the WEBMAIL service belonging to the service of your email provider... be it Apple or Blueyonder, or anyone.

  Usually, this means that outbound connections to the server are not properly Setup. Try contacting your email provider to ensure that your server settings are all correct.   I recently bought a MacBook Pro (mid-2015).  I used the Migration Assistant to migrate files to my MBP (mid-2010) and had no problems.  I found on my MBP, I can't send messages with attachments.  When I try to send a message, I get the following popup, "this message contains attachments that are still loading.  Please wait for the accessory complete and try again. "The attachment that I tried to send was about 570K in size, not very big.  I even let sit all night and when I tried to send the message the next day, I received the same message.  I noticed that when this happens, I have to kill Mail to get out the message.  Whenever I try to close the message or save it in the project, I got the same popup.  Which is weird, I can send the same message with an attachment from my old MBP.  These two MBP running Sierra.  I have checked the Interwebs and ran across an article talking about the Mail option rebuild.  I ran it without change in my number.  I also removed the email account and re added without success.  I have Setup email for Gmail and Comcast.

  Thoughts?

  I ended up contact the Apple Support and after reset memory and several reboots, my problem with attachments is solved.
