  Probably it means that you had already installed before trial.  Uninstalling it will not clear the trial period.

  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.4.3.

  PDF-print has always worked a lot, but all of a sudden, there is some kind of problem.

  After you print a "Print to PDF" built-in excel document in MacOS or Adobes printer I have PDFs corruptet when showing them in Adobe Reader/Acrobat, but MacOS software preview shows them correct.

  So there can't be any problem with printing, but the local preview on my computer using Acrobat or Reader. I don't even use the Myriad in document police, I use Verdana.

  

  You say you use Verdana, but you're not. The error message clearly indicates that you use MyriadPro "BOLD".

  You probably recently installed Mac OS X 10.6.7 update that has a bug with OpenType PostScript as "BOLD" MyriadPro fonts. Use the Verdana or another font TrueType or PostScript, or come back to Mac OS X 10.6.6.

  I installed the XI Acrobat Pro on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  When I open a XLSX of MS Excel 2010 64 bit file and choose Create a PDF file, displayed an error message "unable to find Adobe PDF resource files. Acrobat PDFMaker ".» What can I do to fix this?

  I don't have this problem on the conversion of DOCX from MS Word 2010 64 bit version files.

  This problem does not exist on the Acrobat X Pro version.

  There is a known issue when you see this message when XI Acrobat is installed to co-exist with X.

  This product has been installed by a COMPUTER technician who can't get their hands on so it is not recorded under an e-mail I can look at?  He said at one point, the serial number is located on the computer and if we change our computers you can reactivate the software on this computer.  I can't understand how doing this can a new IT company I've tried to work with.

  Can I know where you bought this XI Acrobat Pro? If it is from Adobe, then the serial number must be registered with your Adobe ID, but if in the case where you bought the 3rd party vendor please check them.
