With every key I pressed a quick screen comes first, but I can't use the sliders to make whatever it is - either by touching the screen or by using the arrows on the keyboard. The screen for quick access expires before I can try a lot.

If you have not watched on the manual for ths unit yet, please, it usually will tell you which buttons do what, and how to navigate the OSD menu. If this does not work could you please provide the specific monitor you use so that we can see what we can help with?

I'm having a problem with my computer toshiba M645. When I insert my recovery disk its Blanck, but if I used the same disc in another computer I can see the contents inside. I try inserting the disk dvd movies and it will play normally. Please give me help with this problem because I want to get my phone to the sound out of the box state. Thank you.

The drive came with the laptop or you did it yourself in the recovery Partition?
And you're supposed to boot from the recovery disc to start the recovery process.
You change the Boot order to make the CD/DVD drive first in the boot order. Then, you start from the disc.

And as a way to re - install with most of the Toshibas, you press 0 (zero) to start to start the process of recovery back to settings factory (new State) of the recovery Partition.

Store Windows 8 - I can see the store and apps on it, but I can't access my account or download apps. Help!
When I click an app I want to download, there is no button 'install' on the page.
Then I tried to click on 'my account', 'my applications', 'my preferences', etc, and all I get is this point indirect image that turns on in perpetuity.
I tried the diagnostics as suggested on the community pages but got no where with it. What should I do?

You would not believe what happened.
The problem got worse. Subsequently, the system refused to even give me a sign on another wifi network other than that I'm a.
I leave the matter for a few weeks before I turned on the laptop.
I showed that I needed the Microsoft updates, after which the laptop worked like nothing happened.
Its a mystery of technology that I will never understand.

Firefox is my main browser. I have often to create and share spreadsheets Google Doc. All of a sudden, when I run one of my Google Docs, I can see the data but cannot make changes. Even an attempt to click a cell and type something (or change a format) receives no response.
I tried to use Safari and IE, and the problem is is NOT manifested in these browsers.
Wow! Starting Firefox in SafeMode circumvented the problem. I was able to edit the worksheet.

Step 1: Check the video configuration in windows messenger.
(a) start Windows Live Messenger and sign in.
(b) prior to connect to anyone, open the menu "Tools" then click on "Configuration video / Audio.
(c) perform the tests and click on 'next' and confirm the webcam is the video display and then click "Finish."
(d) prior to connect to anyone, open the menu 'Tools' and then click 'Options '.
(e) select "Personal" and put a check mark next to "Webcam - enable others to see that I have a webcam".
(f) click on 'Apply' and then click 'Ok '.
(g) sign out and completely EXIT Windows Live Messenger to save the new settings.
Step 2: temporarily disable the security software and check if it works.
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. When I opened to develop & load an image from the image after is removed a pale blue screen. If I shared the screen I can see the front of the image but the image after rest as a blue screen. Clues please?
Most likely, LR has problems talking to your video card.
In the Preferences dialog box, tab Performance, disable the use of the GPU.

When I open a pdf file in photoshop, it automatically contrast my document. I can't open it so I can see the real colors and contrast like I do in other applications. Does anyone have an idea, what's the problem here?

Could you please share what's working color space in Photoshop?
Try to change it to sRGB and check again.
You might also want to calibrate your color monitor profile and check.

have not edited using first pro in a while. I recently had a new intro for a video made and had everything to see how it looks in a project that I just changed before and still work to do on. Not knowing anything is bad I import the mp4 in the file project, and note that it looks like this this means that you can import the audio in the timeline panel and yet I can see the video right there and when I open it up to an extract the file I can still see the video. After that I noticed this, I learned that other files mp4 which worked perfectly in the past now had this problem as well. I don't know what is happening on all I want to know how I can fix that I need this job that I use all the time a lot of files is in mp4.
Found the problem be! It seems somehow that I have disabled the video portion of the timeline where it says V1. After allowing everything worked perfectly, I feel really stupid, but if anyone has this problem in the future, now, you know what to do

I was importing images via reader of card without problems. Now, all of a sudden, I can see the images on the screen, but when I try to import the computer says it cannot read and quote the numbers of images. No idea how to fix?

Creative cloud does not load. I can see the icon in the menu bar, but when I click on it I only see the loading wheel. No applications will appear. My MAc system is a fresh update 10.9.3

Open Control Panel, double-click display.
Click the Desktop tab and choose "customize the desktop.
Select the "Web".
Remove all items except "my current home page".
Uncheck the "my current home page".
Click OK and now to select a background image
