I can't access Microsoft Technet Forum: your account doesn't have access to the system of forums

I can't access Microsoft Technet Forum, one day I got this message.

The only thing that I did before this happened has been commented on in a few messages with my comment with my signature at the bottom.

Now I get below error, it has been more than a week, someone please help.
