I can't click on the links in the emails.

All of a sudden I can't click on the links in the emails. Internet access is always available via the browser, but when I click on a link it tells me "this operation has been cancelled to due to restrictions on this computer." How can I disable the restrictions?

CrystalBall said that the e-mail program, you did not mention is MS Outlook.
